Projekta mērķis ir teritorijas revitalizācija Mārtiņa ielas zonā Tukumā, reģenerējot degradētu teritoriju un sakārtojot publiski pieejamu ielu infrastruktūru uzņēmējdarbības attīstībai, nodrošinot videi draudzīgu un vides ilgtspēju veicinošu teritoriālo izaugsmi un vidi jaunu darba vietu radīšanai.Plānotās projekta darbības ir vērstas uz uzņēmējdarbības veikšanai nepieciešamo, bet tajā pašā laikā degradēto, teritoriju atjaunošanu, kurā attīstot ceļu satiksmei paredzēto publisko infrastruktūru, iespējama jaunu uzņēmumu izvietošana un esošo paplašināšana. Lai sekmētu nodarbinātību un ekonomisko aktivitāti pašvaldībā, tiks uzlabota publiskā infrastruktūra, veicot Mārtiņa ielas posma izbūvi. Projekta īstenošanai paredzētas šādas darbības: ielas izbūve, autoruzraudzība, būvuzraudzība un publicitātes pasākumi.Sasniedzamie rezultāti ir: 10 jaunizveidotas darba vietas, 445 000 EUR piesaistītās investīcijas, revitalizēta degradētā teritorija 4,2266ha platībā.Kopējās projekta izmaksas plānotas 862 550.39 EUR, tajā skaitā Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda līdzfinansējums 733 167.83 EUR.Projekta darbības plānots pabeigt 20 mēnešu laikā no vienošanās par projekta īstenošanu parakstīšanas. The aim of the project is to revitalise the territory in the Mārtiņa Street area in Tukums by regenerating degraded territory and organising publicly accessible street infrastructure for business development, ensuring environmentally friendly and environmentally sustainable territorial growth and environment for creation of new jobs.The planned project activities are aimed at the restoration of areas necessary for entrepreneurship, but at the same time degraded, where public infrastructure for road traffic is developed, possible placement of new companies and expansion of existing ones. In order to promote employment and economic activity in the municipality, the public infrastructure will be improved by constructing the Mārtiņa Street section. The following activities are envisaged for the implementation of the project: Street construction, author supervision, construction supervision and publicity measures.The results to be achieved are: 10 newly created jobs, EUR 445000 attracted investments, renovated degraded area of 4.2266 ha. Total project costs are planned to be EUR 862550.39, including co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund EUR 733167.83. Project activities are planned to be completed within 20 months of signing the agreement on project implementation. (English)
