The aim of the project is to revitalise the degraded area of Valmiera industrial zone, in accordance with Valmiera city’s sustainable development strategy 2015-2030, the Development Programme 2015-2020 and the Investment Plan, by adjusting the public infrastructure for attracting private investments, thus contributing to the city’s growth, creation of sustainable production area, increase of private investments and creation of new jobs. Revitalisation of industrial street 1 territories, rebuilding of Rūpniecības Street, entrances, new production buildings and public parking, construction supervision, author supervision. Within the project, the following output indicators are planned:-Reconstructed degraded area in Valmiera city 5,01 ha, including areas for rent to merchants – 2.98 ha, renewable streets and public parking areas – 2.03 ha.-Newly created 67 workplaces in the restored degraded territory.-In the restored degraded area, merchants made non-financial investments in their own intangible investments and fixed assets in the amount of EUR 4929199,00.Project total cost EUR 6963125.93 Project duration: EUR 4236673.83 December 2020 – November 2022. Projekta mērķis ir Valmieras pilsētas rūpnieciskās zonas degradētās teritorijas revitalizācija, atbilstoši Valmieras pilsētas ilgtspējīgas attīstības stratēģijai 2015.-2030.gadam, Attīstības programmai 2015.-2020.gadam un Investīciju plānam, veicot publiskās infrastruktūras sakārtošanu privāto investīciju piesaistei, tādējādi veicinot pilsētas izaugsmi, ilgtspējīgas ražošanas teritorijas izveidošanu, privāto investīciju apjoma pieaugumu un jaunu darba vietu radīšanu.Galvenās darbības: Rūpniecības ielas 1 teritoriju revitalizācija, Rūpniecības ielas pārbūve, iebrauktuves, jaunas ražošanas ēkas un publiskā stāvlaukuma būvniecība, būvuzraudzība, autoruzraudzība.Plānotie rezultāti: Projekta ietvaros plānoti sekojoši iznākuma rādītāji:-Atjaunota degradētā teritorija Valmieras pilsētā 5,01 ha, tai skaitā teritorijas, kuras paredzētas iznomāt komersantiem- 2,98 ha, atjaunojamo ielu un publisko stāvlaukumu platība- 2,03 ha.-Jaunizveidotas 67 darba vietas atjaunotajā degradētajā teritorijā.-Atjaunotajā degradētajā teritorijā komersanti veikuši nefinanšu investīcijas pašu nemateriālajos ieguldījumos un pamatlīdzekļos 4 929 199,00 EUR apmērā.Projekta kopējās izmaksas 6 963 125,93 EUR. ERAF finansējums ir 4 236 673,83 EUR.Projektā projekta indikatīvais īstenošanas laiks: 2020.gada decembris- 2022.gada novembris. (Latvian)
