Projekta mērķis ir PSIA “NORMA K” katlu mājas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšana, samazinot kurināmā patēriņu siltumenerģijas ražošanai, katlu mājas 2. rekonstrukcijas kārtas ietvaros iegādājoties un uzstādot efektīvākas tehnoloģiskās iekārtas. Projekta iesniedzējs ir PSIA “NORMA K” – uzņēmums, kura viens no darbības veidiem ir NACE 2: 35.30. “Tvaika piegāde un gaisa kondicionēšana”. Komersants siltumenerģijas ražošanu un piegādi sniedz Mālpilī. Galvenās projekta darbības: - projekta tehniskās dokumentācijas sagatavošana; - centralizētās siltumapgādes ražošanas avota - katlu mājas rekonstrukcija. Plānotie projekta rezultāti: - izstrādāts 1 tehniski ekonomiskais pamatojums; - jauna 3,0 MW jaudas katla sistēmas, iegāde un uzstādīšana; Projekta kopējās izmaksas 956 367,00 EUR, no kurām Projekta attiecināmās izmaksas 589 700,00 EUR, kopējais Kohēzijas fonda atbalsts 40,00% no Projekta attiecināmajām izmaksām: 235 880,00 EUR. Projekta kopējās neattiecināmās izmaksas ir 366 667,00 Euro.Projekta pamatojošā dokumentācija – tehniski ekonomiskais pamatojums ir izstrādāts pirms Projekta iesniegšanas CFLA, bet tā sagatavošanas izmaksas ir attiecināmas saskaņā ar 07.03.2017. MK noteikumu Nr.135 “Darbības programmas "Izaugsme un nodarbinātība" 4.3.1. specifiskā atbalsta mērķa "Veicināt energoefektivitāti un vietējo AER izmantošanu centralizētajā siltumapgādē" pirmās projektu iesniegumu atlases kārtas īstenošanas noteikumi” (turpmāk – “MK noteikumi Nr.135”) 23.1. un 29.punktu. Projekta plānotais ilgums ir 25 mēneši pēc līguma ar CFLA noslēgšanu – t.i. līdz 2020.gada maijam- jūnijam. Projekta īstenošana nodrošinās šādus iznākumu rādītājus: - atjaunojamo energoresursu izmantojošu siltumražošanas jaudu modernizācija un pieaugums centralizētajā siltumapgādē: 3,0 MW. (Latvian)
