In the project investments are planned to rebuild the old sports house building of Saldus Sports School owned by Saldus Municipality into a sports hall. A low-energy building with an annual energy consumption for heating of not more than 50 kWh/m² and a total energy consumption of not more than 120 kWh/m² is planned. 1. Improvement of the external envelopes of the building, including insulation of facade, roof, foundations and floor, replacement of doors and windows;2. Improvement of technical systems (reconstruction and modernisation of heating, ventilation and lighting systems);3. Purchase and installation of solar collectors with a total system power of 14.624 kW for the production of heat required by hot water;4. The aim of the project is to reduce the consumption of primary energy in the Saldus sports house as a result of measures that promote energy efficiency, in accordance with the priorities of Saldus municipality development programme.Planned indicators after implementation of the project (in 2020):1) Reduction of annual consumption of primary energy in Saldus sports house, 2) Reduction of annual energy consumption of 227851 kWh/year, 2) Additional capacity produced by the AER equipment 0.015 MWh per year, 3) Greenhouse gas reduction 46.648 CO2 tons per year.The project is planned to be implemented within 27 months from the project’s total costs, the total costs of the project – EUR 54 39, EUR 2263989 % reduction of greenhouse gases 46.648 CO2 tons per year.The project is to be implemented within 27 months from the agreement on the implementation of the project. Projektā plānotas investīcijas Saldus novada pašvaldībai piederošās Saldus sporta skolas vecās sporta nama ēkas pārbūvei par sporta halli. Plānots izbūvēt zema energopatēriņa ēku, kam ikgadējais enerģijas patēriņš apkurei nav lielāks par 50 kWh/m2, bet kopējais enerģijas patēriņš nav lielāks par 120 kWh/m2.Plānotie pasākumi: 1. Ēkas ārējo norobežojošo konstrukciju uzlabošana, tajā skaitā, fasādes, jumta, pamatu un grīdas siltināšana, durvju un logu nomaiņa;2. Tehnisko sistēmu uzlabošana (apkures, ventilācijas un apgaismojuma sistēmu pārbūve un modernizācija);3. Saules kolektoru ar kopējo sistēmas jaudu 14,624 kW iegāde un uzstādīšana karstā ūdens nepieciešamās siltumenerģijas ražošanai;4. Citi būvdarbi atbilstoši būvprojektam.Projekta mērķis ir samazināt primārās enerģijas patēriņu Saldus sporta nama ēkā energoefektivitāti veicinošu pasākumu rezultātā, atbilstoši Saldus novada pašvaldības attīstības programmas prioritātēm.Plānotie sasniedzamie rādītāji pēc projekta realizācijas (2020.gadā):1) Primārās enerģijas gada patēriņa samazinājums 227 851 kWh/gadā,2) AER iekārtu saražotā papildjauda 0,015 MWh gadā,3) Siltumnīcefekta gāzu samazinājums 46,648 CO2 tonnas gadā.Projektu plānots realizēt 27 mēnešu laikā no vienošanās par projekta īstenošanu noslēgšanas.Projekta kopējās izmaksas - 2 263 989,40 EUR, kopējās attiecināmās izmaksas - 509 769,39 EUR, no tām ERAF finansējums 54,39% jeb 277 238,21 EUR.
