The implementation of the project will contribute to the reduction of primary energy consumption (planned reduction – 79053.11 kWh/year), thus reducing Riga City Municipality’s expenditure on heating of this facility. Greenhouse gas emissions will be reduced (planned reduction – 19950 kg CO2/year). At the same time, the visual appearance of the building and the indoor climate will be improved, creating a comfortable environment for students and staff of pre-school education institutions and creating an aesthetically attractive urban environment.The total cost of the project is EUR 274514.78, including the European Regional Development Fund funding EUR 180910.00.     Projekta īstenotājs: Rīgas pilsētas pašvaldībaProjekta mērķis – Rīgas 220.pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes ēkas Aglonas ielā 4A, Rīgā energoefektivitātes paaugstināšana un primārās enerģijas patēriņa samazināšana.Galvenās projekta darbības:1.Ēkas ārējo norobežojošo konstrukciju (fasādes, jumta pārseguma un cokola) siltināšana – tiks paaugstinātas ēkas ārējo norobežojošo konstrukciju siltumtehniskās īpašības, samazinot enerģijas patēriņu ēkā, paaugstinot enerģijas izmantošanas efektivitāti un ierobežojot siltumnīcefekta gāzu emisiju.2.Būvuzraudzības nodrošināšana.Plānotie rezultāti: Projekta īstenošana veicinās primārās enerģijas patēriņa samazinājumu (plānotais samazinājums – 79 053.11 kWh/gadā), tādējādi samazināsies Rīgas pilsētas pašvaldības izdevumi par šī objekta siltumapgādi. Tiks samazināts siltumnīcefekta gāzu emisijas daudzums (plānotais samazinājums – 19 950 kg CO2/gadā). Vienlaikus tiks uzlabots ēkas vizuālais izskats un iekštelpu klimats, radot komfortablu vidi pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes audzēkņiem un personālam un veidojot estētiski pievilcīgu pilsētvidi.Projekta kopējās izmaksas veido 274 514.78 euro, t.sk., Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda finansējums 180 910.00 euro.Projekta darbību uzsākšanas laiks: Atzīme no būvvaldes par būvdarbu uzsākšanas nosacījumu izpildi saņemta 2017.gada 21.jūlijā.
