    Projekta mērķis ir energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas sekmēšana Rēzeknes Valsts 1.ģimnāzijas ēkā Dzirnavu ielā 3a, Rēzeknē, veicot ēkas pārbūves darbus, kas samazina primārās enerģijas patēriņu un pašvaldības izdevumus par siltumapgādi, tādējādi nodrošinot investīciju efektivitāti gan izmaksu, gan sociālekonomisko ieguvumu ziņā.Projekta galvenās darbības ir energoefektivitātes uzlabošanas būvdarbi - ārsienu un cokola siltināšana; jumtu pārseguma un grīdas siltināšana; logu nomaiņa; ventilācijas sistēmas un to elementu izbūve un pārbūve; apkures sistēmas un to elementu pārbūve; apgaismojuma pārbūve; būvdarbu autoruzraudzība, būvuzraudzība un publicitātes pasākumi.Plānotie rezultāti: primārās enerģijas patēriņa samazinājums par 695 940,84 kWh/gadā un siltumnīcefekta gāzu samazinājums par 221,86 t CO2 /gadā.Projekta ideja atbilst Rēzeknes pilsētas attīstības stratēģiskajiem mērķiem un ir iekļauta Rēzeknes pilsētas attīstības programmas 2014.-2020.gadam Investīciju plānā.Projekta ilgums: 2019.gada marts - 2020.gada decembrisProjekta kopējās izmaksas EUR 3 502 839.12, no kurām ERAF finansējums sastāda EUR 905743.44, valsts dotācija EUR 514 579.99 un pašvaldības finansējums EUR 1 543 847.06. neattiecināmas izmaksas - 538 668.63 EUR. Reduction of primary energy consumption by 695940.84 kWh/year and greenhouse gas reduction by 221.86 t CO2/year.The project idea corresponds to the strategic goals of Rezekne city development and is included in Rezekne City Development Programme 2014-2020 Investment Plan.Project duration: March 2019 – December 2020 Project total costs EUR 3 502 839.12, of which ERDF funding is EUR 905743.44, state grant EUR 514 579.99 and municipal funding EUR 1 543 847.06. ineligible costs – EUR 538668.63.
