Projekta “VVD Jelgavas RPV ēkas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas pasākumi” (turpmāk-Projekts) mērķis ir, saskaņā ar Ministru kabineta 2016.gada 9.augusta noteikumiem Nr.534 “Darbības programmas “Izaugsme un nodarbinātība” 4.2.1. specifiskā atbalsta mērķa “Veicināt energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu valsts un dzīvojamās ēkās” 4.2.1.2. pasākuma “Veicināt energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu valsts ēkās” pirmās projektu iesniegumu atlases kārtas īstenošanas noteikumi” (turpmāk – MK noteikumi Nr.534), veicināt Valsts vides dienesta (turpmāk- VVD) pārvaldībā esošās ēkas Kazarmes ielā 17A, Jelgavā energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu. Projektā izvirzītā mērķa sasniegšanai, ir paredzēts veikt ēku norobežojošo konstrukciju siltināšanas pasākumus, kas būtiski uzlabotu ēkas siltumnoturību kopumā. Lai nodrošinātu Projekta mērķa sasniegšanu un nodrošinātu veikto darbu kvalitāti, tiks veikta objekta būvuzraudzība.Papildus galvenajām darbībām tiks nodrošināta Projekta vadība un publicitātes pasākumi. Projekta ilgums ir 7 mēneši. Siltināšanas pasākumus- būvdarbus plānots uzsākt 2018.gada II- III ceturksnī un pabeigt līdz 2018.gada decembrim.Projekta kopējās attiecināmās izmaksas ir 120 520,99 EUR. Projekts tiks īstenots piesaistot publisko finansējumu, tajā skaitā Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda finansējumu – 85% jeb 102 442,84 EUR apmērā un valsts budžeta finansējumu- 15% jeb 18 078,15 EUR apmērā.Realizējot Projektu tiek plānots:-siltumenerģijas gada patēriņa samazinājums- 37,07 MWh;-siltumenerģijas patēriņš apkurei pēc Projekta īstenošanas, pamatojoties uz ēkas energosertifikātā veiktajiem aprēķiniem un projekta tehniskajā dokumentācija paredzētajiem būvdarbiem- 68,31 kWh/m2;-aprēķinātais siltumnīcefekta gāzu samazinājums- 9,786 CO2 ekvivalenta tonnas gadā;-publiskā finansējuma apmērs attiecināmajām izmaksām uz vienu ēkas kopējās platības kvadrātmetru- 204,48 EUR. The aim of the project "Energy Efficiency Improvement Measures of the VVD Jelgava RPV Building" (hereinafter-Project) is, in accordance with Cabinet Regulations No 534 of 9 August 2016 "Regulations for the first round of project applications of the Operational Programme "Growth and Employment" "Promoting energy efficiency improvement in public buildings" (hereinafter – Cabinet Regulations No.534), to promote energy efficiency improvement in the State Service in State Service on State DS street 17 (hereafter – Cabinet Regulations No 534), in the management of energy efficiency in VA. In order to achieve the aim of the project, it is planned to carry out insulation measures of building envelope structures, which would significantly improve the thermal stability of the building as a whole. In order to ensure the achievement of the project goal and to ensure the quality of the works carried out, the site will be supervised.In addition to the main activities, project management and publicity measures will be provided. The duration of the project is 7 months. The total eligible costs of the project are EUR 120520,99. The project will be implemented by attracting public funding, including the European Regional Development Fund financing – 85 % or EUR 102442,84 and the state budget financing – 15 % or EUR 18078,15 48.In analysing the project, the project will be implemented by:-reduction of annual heat energy consumption – 37.07 MWh;-heat energy consumption for public heating after the project implementation, on the basis of the project’s energy equivalent to EUR, (EUR,)-amount of project energy-amountable building-amount project costs:-reduction of greenhouse energy consumption-EUR 37.07 MWh;-heat energy consumption for public heating after the project implementation, on the basis of the project’s energy equivalent, the project is planned to be calculated on the basis of the project’s energy-weighted project costs:-reduction of the annual heat energy consumption-EUR 37.07 MWh;-heat energy consumption for public heating, on the basis of the project’s energy equivalent, on the basis of the project’s energy value, the project is planned to be reduced in terms of the project’s energy efficiency; EUR 37.07 MWh;-heat energy consumption for public heating after the project implementation, on the basis of the project’s energy-amounted value of EUR..
