Projekta mērķis ir veicināt energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes dienesta viesniecā Hipokrāta ielā 3, Rīgā. Darbu ietvaros ir izdalāmas šādas galvenās aktivitāšu grupas: (1) Būvlaukuma ierīkošana un uzturēšana, (2) Demontāžas darbi, (3) Jumta un Fasādes rekonstrukcija, ieskaitot aiļu aizpildījumu, (4) Teritorijas sakārtošana, kā arī zibensaizsardzības pasākumi. Projekta rezultātā Enerģijas patēriņš būs 80.48 kWh/m2 gadā, bet Oglekļa dioksīda emisijas 15.56 kgCO2/m2 gadā.Projekta kopējās izmaksas ir 936 363.64 euro, tai skaitā ERAF finansējums 795 909.09 euro, valsts budžeta finansējums 140 454.55 euro.Kopējais projekta ilgums 12 mēneši.Projektu plānots uzsākt 2018.gada maijā. As a result of the project Energy consumption will be 80.48 kWh/m² per year, while carbon dioxide emissions 15.56 kgCO2/m² per year.The total project costs are EUR 936363.64, including ERDF funding EUR 795909.09, state budget funding EUR 140454.55 Total project duration 12 months.The project is planned to start in May 2018.
