The aim of the project is to significantly improve the energy efficiency of the Nature Conservation Agency (hereinafter – DAP) with the State Real Estate Management Contract of 14 November 2017, signed between the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development and the Nature Conservation Agency, for the transferred administrative building on Aiviekstes Street 3, Elephant Lighting in Halloween, Luminaires in the Municipality of Madona (hereinafter – Administrative Building). Project management will also be ensured. Project duration from the signing of the planned agreement on project implementation is planned for 25 (twenty-five) months.The total cost of the project is EUR 117434,90, of which the total eligible costs are EUR 54583,06, but the ineligible costs – EUR 62851,84.The project will be implemented by attracting public funding, including the European Regional Development Fund funding of 85 % of eligible costs or EUR 46395,60, as well as the state budget financing of 15 % from the eligible costs – 8187,80-17-37.00-00. Projekta mērķis ir būtiski paaugstināt energoefektivitāti Dabas aizsardzības pārvaldes (turpmāk – DAP) turējumā ar 2017.gada 14.novembra Valsts nekustamā īpašuma pārvaldīšanas līgumu Nr. NĪ/7/201, kas noslēgts starp Vides aizsardzības un reģionālās attīstības ministriju un Dabas aizsardzības pārvaldi, nodotajai administratīvajai ēkai Aiviekstes ielā 3, Ļaudonā, Ļaudonas pagastā, Madonas novadā (turpmāk –Administratīvā ēka).Projekta mērķa sasniegšanai paredzēts visu Administratīvās ēkas ārsienu atjaunošana un siltināšana, cokola atjaunošana, visu logu nomaiņa, veco durvju izņemot galveno ieejas durvju nomaiņa, bēniņu grīdas siltināšana, maģistrālo apkures sistēmas cauruļvadu nomaiņa un jauna kokskaidu granulu apkures katla uzstādīšana, esošo kvēlspuldžu, luminiscences un halogēno apgaismojuma spuldžu nomaiņa pret LED spuldzēm.Paredzēts nodrošināt būvuzraudzību un autoruzraudzību, kvalitatīvai projekta ieviešanai. Tiks nodrošināta arī projekta vadība. DAP nodrošinās projekta publicitātes pasākumus.Projekta ilgums no plānotās vienošanās parakstīšanu par projekta īstenošanu, plānots 25 (divdesmit pieci) mēneši.Kopējās projekta izmaksas ir 117 434,90 EUR, no kurām kopējās attiecināmās izmaksas ir 54 583,06 EUR, bet neattiecināmās izmaksas - 62 851,84 EUR. Projekts tiks īstenots piesaistot publisko finansējumu, tai skaitā Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda finansējumu 85% apmērā no attiecināmajām izmaksām jeb 46 395,60 EUR, kā arī valsts budžeta finansējumu 15% apmērā no attiecināmajām izmaksām jeb 8 187,46 EUR.Publiskā finansējuma apmērs attiecināmajām izmaksām uz vienu ēkas kopējās platības kvadrātmetru 54 583.06/410.40 m2 = 133,00 EUR.Realizējot projektu tiek plānots:-Siltumenerģijas patēriņa samazinājums gadā – 138.50 kWh/m2 gadā (228.30-89.80);-Aprēķinātais siltumnīcefekta gāzu samazinājums – 17.37% gadā.-Samazinājums no siltumenerģijas patēriņa – 52.29 % (Latvian)
