Projekta "Infrastruktūras sakārtošana uzņēmējdarbības attīstībai Gulbenes pilsētā" mērķis ir palielināt privāto investīciju apjomu Gulbenes pilsētā un novadā, veicot ieguldījumus komercdarbības attīstībā atbilstoši pašvaldības attīstības programmā noteiktajam un balstoties uz komersantu vajadzībām.Projekta ietvaros tiks veikta:1) Kalēju ielas pārbūve (145 m) un publisko stāvvietu izbūve (11 vietas);2) Purva ielas posma pārbūve (150 m), lietus ūdens novades sistēmas izbūve, ietves izbūve un apgaismojuma ierīkošana;3) Klēts ielas posma pārbūve (85 m), lietus ūdens novades sistēmas izbūve, ietves izbūve;4) Pils ielas posma pārbūve (124 m), lietus ūdens novades sistēmas izbūve.Projekta īstenošanas rezultātā tiks radītas vismaz 8 darba vietas un veiktas nefinanšu investīcijas pašu nemateriālajos ieguldījumos un pamatlīdzekļos 504 636 EUR apmērā.Projekta īstenošanai nepieciešamais laika periods ir 16 mēneši.Projekta kopējās izmaksas 675 696,19 EUR, no tām attiecināmās izmaksas ir 615'554.58 EUR; 81.98% jeb 504'636,00 EUR ERAF finansējums, 4,50 % jeb 27'729.65 EUR valsts budžeta dotācija pašvaldībām un 13,51 % 83'188.93 EUR pašvaldības finansējums. Neattiecināmās izmaksas ir 60'141.61 EUR (elektronisko sakaru tīklu aizsardzība un ūdensapgādes sistēmas pārbūve), un tās segtas no pašvaldības budžeta finansējuma. (Latvian)
