Projekta mērķis ir sekmēt komercdarbības attīstību un veicināt privāto investīciju apjomu pieaugumu Ogres pilsētas bijušās Kartonfabrikas rajonā. Veicot ieguldījumus ceļa infrastruktūras uzlabošanā, izbūvējot atbilstošu lietus ūdens kanalizāciju, citas virszemes un pazemes komunikācijas un gājēju - veloceliņu, tiks atbalstīti vismaz 2 komersanti un radītas vismaz 12 jaunas darba vietas.Projekta darbības:• Projekta publicitātes nodrošināšana – veikti nepieciešamie publicitātes pasākumi, t.i., preses relīzes un publikācijas pašvaldības mājas lapā (4.gab.), lielformāta informācijas stends, pastāvīga informācijas plāksne, u.c.• Būvniecība - rekonstruēta Brīvības iela (1,732 km), rekonstruējot brauktuves posmu, veicot brauktuves seguma nomaiņu, izbūvējot gājēju ietvi, gājēju pārejas un veloceliņu, rekonstruējot autobusu pieturvietas (8 gab.), uzstādot aizsargbarjeras, kā arī rekonstruējot ielas apgaismojumu, kā arī izbūvējot lietus ūdens kanalizāciju un nepieciešamo apakšzemes komunikāciju.• Būvuzraudzība – noslēgts līgums ar atbilstoši sertificētu izpildītāju, lai būvdarbi atbilstu visiem kvalitātes un būvdarbu normatīvu prasībām.• Autoruzraudzība - veiks tehniskā projekta izstrādātājs, lai būvdarbi notiktu saskaņā ar tehnisko projektu.Projektu plānots īstenot 11 mēnešu laikā. Projekta plānotās kopējās izmaksas ir 1 746 119.17 EUR, no kurām ERAF līdzfinansējums 427 218.06 EUR. (Latvian)
