Projekta mērķis ir palielināt privāto investīciju apjomu reģionā, veicot ieguldījumus komercdarbības attīstībai, atbilstoši Rēzeknes pilsētas domes attīstības programmā noteiktajai teritoriju ekonomiskajai specializācijai un balstoties uz komersantu vajadzībām.Projekta galvenās darbības ir Rēzeknes pilsētas Komunālās ielas pārbūve 658 m posmā no Viļakas ielas un 532 m posmā no Atbrīvošanas alejas līdz dzelzceļa pārbrauktuvei, ūdensapgādes un sadzīves kanalizācijas tīklu izbūve, kā arī gāzes vada izbūve (par pašvaldības naudu-privātās neattiecināmas izmaksas) šajos ielas posmos. Projektā plānoto darbību rezultātā tiks atbalstīti 6 komersanti, radītas 25 jaunas darba vietas un piesaistītas papildus nefinanšu investīcijas 1 785 360.00 EUR apmērā.Projekta īstenošanas laiks ir 13 mēneši.Projekta kopējās izmaksas ir 2 110 106.19 EUR t.sk. 1 925 663.74 EUR attiecināmās izmaksas, kuras tiek finansētas ar sekojošiem finanšu avotiem:ERAF 1 636 814.18 EUR, kas sastāda 85% no kopējā budžeta; Valsts budžeta dotācija 72 212.39 EUR (3,75%);Pašvaldības finansējums 216 637.17 EUR (11,25%). The aim of the project is to increase the amount of private investments in the region by investing for commercial development, in accordance with the economic specialisation of the territories defined in Rezekne City Council development programme and based on the needs of merchants.The main activities of the project are the reconstruction of Rēzekne City Komunāls Street in the 658 m section from Viļakas Street and 532 m section from the Liberation avenue to the railway crossing, construction of water supply and household sewerage networks, as well as construction of gas pipelines (for municipal money-ineligible street costs). The project’s planned activities will support 6 merchants, create 25 new jobs and attract additional non-financial investments in the amount of EUR 1785360.00.The project implementation period is 13 months.The total project costs are EUR 2110106.19 incl. EUR 1925663.74 eligible costs, which are financed by the following financial sources:ERDF EUR 1636814.18, which represents 85 % of the total budget; State budget grant EUR 72212.39 (3.75 %); Local Government funding EUR 216637.17 (11.25 %).
