The aim of the project is to expand the production plant of wooden modules houses in Jelgava district, Kalnciems, which will allow to produce more high-quality wood products with high added value, thus ensuring increase of the company’s turnover. The project applicant’s field of activity and the project implementation sector are Manufacture of Carpenters and Carpentry Products, NACE Code 16.23. The project is in line with the RIS3 smart specialisation field “Bioeconomy ecosystem”. This area includes the development of potential innovative high added value niche products from wood. The field of activity of “WL Houses” Ltd. corresponds to the field of smart specialisation “Bioeconomy Ecosystem”, because the company is engaged in one of the “development of innovative high added value niche products from wood (...)” activities by developing and approving new and improved constructions in the design, assembling and installation of wooden houses. LLC “WWL Houses” also designs its own wooden modular house products, which are aimed at understanding and using wood’s most valuable properties in low-rise construction. The essence of the project is the simplified renovation of two production buildings in Jelgavas iela 17, Kalnciems, Kalnciema parish, Jelgava municipality: 1) the workshop with cadastre designation 5411 001 0001 001. The total area of the building – 2413.8 square meters. The project envisages renovation of facades, insulation, insulation of the roof, installation of new windows and gates, renovation of concrete floors2) workshop with cadastre designation 5411 001 0001 014. The total area of the building – 209.7 square meters. The project includes renovation of facades and roof insulation. Since the building has a carcass bearing structure and the ceramic concrete panels and the brick wall in its finishing are self-supporting, the near brick wall is in a dangerous state according to the technical survey, designed for dismantling existing panels and masonry walls. Instead, it is intended to assemble insulated wood panels near the carcass. The duration of the project shall be fifteen months. The project is planned to start on October 7, 2019 and complete on December 31, 2020. If the contracts with the CFLA for the implementation of the project and then with the builder for renovation will be signed earlier, the project may be started earlier. The buildings of the project will be immediately used for economic activity – installation of production equipment and connection will be carried out with the project applicant’s own funds at the end of 2020, along with completion of the construction works. At least nine new jobs will be created immediately with the completion of the project. Eligible costs of the project EUR 716051,97. Requested ERDF grant EUR 322223,39. (English)

    Projekta mērķis ir koka moduļu māju ražotnes paplašināšana Jelgavas novadā, Kalnciemā, kas ļaus saražot vairāk kvalitatīva koksnes produkta ar augstu pievienoto vērtību, tādējādi nodrošinot uzņēmuma apgrozījuma palielināšanu. Projekta iesniedzēja darbības nozare un projekta īstenošanas nozare ir Namdaru un galdniecības izstrādājumu ražošana, NACE kods 16.23. Projekts atbilst RIS3 viedās specializācijas jomai “Bioekonomikas ekosistēma”. Šī joma ietver potenciālu inovatīvas augstas pievienotās vērtības nišas produktu izstrādi no koksnes. SIA “WWL Houses” darbības joma atbilst viedās specializācijas jomai “Bioekonomikas ekosistēma”, jo uzņēmums nodarbojas ar vienu no viedās specializācijas nišas “inovatīvu augstas pievienotās vērtības nišas produktu izstrāde no koksnes (...)” aktivitātēm, izstrādājot un aprobējot jaunas un uzlabotas konstrukcijas koka māju projektēšanā, salikšanā un uzstādīšanā. Tāpat SIA “WWL Houses” projektē savus koka moduļu māju produktus, kas vērsti uz koksnes vērtīgāko īpašumu izprašanu un izmantošanu mazstāvu apbūvē. Projekta būtība ir divu ražošanas ēku Jelgavas ielā 17, Kalnciemā, Kalnciema pagastā, Jelgavas novadā vienkāršota atjaunošana:1) Cehs ar kadastra apzīmējumu 5411 001 0001 001. Būves kopējā platība – 2413,8 kvadrātmetri. Projektā paredzēts veikt fasāžu renovāciju, siltināšanu, jumta siltināšanu, jaunu logu un vārtu ielikšanu, betona grīdas atjaunošanu2) Cehs ar kadastra apzīmējumu 5411 001 0001 014. Būves kopējā platība – 209,7 kvadrātmetri. Projekts sevī ietver fasāžu atjaunošanu un jumta siltināšanu. Tā kā ēkai ir karkasa nesošā konstrukcija un tā apdarē esošie keramzītbetona paneļi un ķieģeļu mūris ir pašnesoši, pietam ķieģeļu mūris atbilstoši tehniskajam apsekojumam atrodas bīstamā stāvoklī, paredzēta esošo paneļu un mūra sienas demontāža. To vietā pie nesošā karkasa paredzēts montēt siltinātus koka paneļus. Projekta īstenošanas ilgums ir piecpadsmit mēneši. Projektu plānots uzsākt 2019.gada 7.oktobrī un pabeigt 2020.gada 31.decembrī. Ja līgumi ar CFLA par projekta īstenošanu un pēc tam ar būvnieku par renovāciju tiks parakstīti ātrāk, iespējama projekta uzsākšana agrāk. Projekta ēkas uzreiz tiks izmantotas saimnieciskajai darbībai – ražošanas iekārtu uzstādīšana un pieslēgšana tiks veikta par projekta iesniedzēja paša līdzekļiem 2020.gada beigās, vienlaikus ar būvdarbu pabeigšanu. Līdz ar projekta pabeigšanu uzreiz tiks izveidotas vismaz deviņas jaunas darba vietas. Projekta attiecināmās izmaksas 716 051,97 EUR. Pieprasītais ERAF grants 322 223,39 EUR. (Latvian)
