Sabiedrības ar ierobežotu atbildību „CEWOOD” projekta "SIA "CEWOOD" ražošanai nepieciešamo telpu izbūve" mērķis ir izbūvēt ražošanas telpas Alūksnē, Rūpniecības ielā 7 un 2L, kas nepieciešamas uzņēmējdarbības paplašināšanai un jaunas ražotnes izveidei.Sabiedrības ar ierobežotu atbildību „CEWOOD” darbības pamatvirziens ir šķiedru cementa izstrādājumu ražošana (NACE kods 23.65) jeb fibrolīta plātņu (ēveļskaidas plātņu) ražošana, kas atbilst RIS3 noteiktajām specializācijas jomām - viedo materiālu specializācijai: augstas pievienotas vērtības koksnes izstrādājumu ražošana.Projektu paredzēts realizēt vienā būvniecības kārtā ar kopējo stāvu platību 5458 m2, veicot jaunas ražošanas ēkas izbūvi Rūpniecības ielā 7 ar kopējo platību 4154 m2 un ražošanas ēkas pārbūvi Rūpniecības ielā 2L ar kopējo platību 1304 m2.Projekta ietvaros tiek veikta būvprojekta izstrāde, divu ražošanas ēku būvniecība un pārbūve, autoruzraudzība un būvuzraudzība.Izbūvētās ražošanas telpas plānots izmantot jaunas fibrolīta ražotnes izveidei.Projekta kopējās izmaksas plānotas 2 499 967 EUR apmērā, no tā Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda atbalsts – 1 124 985,15 EUR.Kopējā projekta īstenošana paredzēta no 2019.gada 1.maija līdz 2022.gada 31.decembrim.
