The aim of the project is to install new, innovative and experimental production technologies developed as a result of previous research activities of the company, by introducing new postal products into production, promoting increased productivity and competitiveness of JSC “Dobeles dzirnavnieks”, as well as investments in research into development of new products. In the project the following activities are planned:1.Production and delivery of the experimental production line;2.Installation of the experimental production line;3.testing of the experimental technology in real production environment.Within the project, JSC “Dobeles dzirnavnieks” will set up an innovative pasta production line that will allow to produce new products. List of planned new products:•Point with vitamins;•Point with oat flour or spelt flour or buckwheat meal;•coloured pasta with various additives (e.g. spinach, tomatoes, etc.);•Biological paste;•Postal with low moisture content (specially designed for mixtures of dry soups).Currently, the company does not produce such products.The project will be implemented in the field of smart specialisation or RIS3 specialisation “Light economy”. Project implementation sector – Production of grain milling products (NACE Rev. 2. Code 10.61) Duration of the project: 24 months. After the project, the experimental technology will be tested in real production environment, carrying out economic activities. The total cost of the project is EUR 9400000.00, of which eligible costs are EUR 9091070.94, ineligible costs – EUR 308929.06.     Projekta mērķis ir uzstādīt uzņēmuma iepriekšējo pētniecības aktivitāšu rezultātā izstrādātās jaunās, inovatīvās un eksperimentālās ražošanas tehnoloģijas, ieviešot ražošanā jaunus pastas produktus, veicinot AS “Dobeles dzirnavnieks” produktivitātes un konkurētspējas paaugstināšanos, kā arī ieguldījumus pētījumos jaunu produktu attīstībai. Projektā plānotas sekojošas darbības:1.Eksperimentālās ražošanas līnijas izgatavošana un piegāde;2.Eksperimentālās ražošanas līnijas uzstādīšana;3.Eksperimentālās tehnoloģijas testēšana reālā ražošanas vidē.Projekta ietvaros AS “Dobeles dzirnavnieks” uzstādīs inovatīvu pastas ražošanas līniju, kas ļaus ražot jaunus produktus. Plānoto jauno produktu saraksts:•Pasta ar vitamīniem;•Pasta ar auzu miltiem vai speltas miltiem vai griķu miltiem;•Krāsaina pasta ar dažādām piedevām (piemēram, spināti, tomāti u.tml.);•Bioloģiskā pasta;•Pasta ar zemu mitruma daudzumu (īpaši paredzēta sausās zupas maisījumiem).Šobrīd uzņēmums šādus produktus neražo.Projekts tiks īstenots viedās specializācijas jeb RIS3 noteiktajā specializācijas jomā „Zināšanu ietilpīga bioekonomika”. Projekta īstenošanas nozare - Graudu malšanas produktu ražošana (NACE 2. red. 10.61 kods)Projekta īstenošanas ilgums: 24 mēneši. Pēc projekta tiks veikta eksperimentālās tehnoloģijas testēšana reālā ražošanas vidē, veicot saimniecisko darbību.
