The aims of the project are to increase the company’s competitiveness by starting the production of new glued wood product with improved use properties – construction beams from radial piercing boards (hereinafter – the new product), and to increase the productivity of the merchant by integrating such experimental technologies into the production line, the technical parameters of which correspond to the latest scientific achievements. The main goal is faster and more efficient production.The project is intended to order and purchase a production line consisting of three blocks, all of which will be made specially for the company’s order and according to the available room specification. The activities aimed at the development and implementation of the planned radial sawing line of the greenwood are in line with the RIS3 smart specialisation field “Smart Materials, Technologies and Engineering Systems”, where the activities of the installation are carried out in accordance with the following areas of supported knowledge. Sawing, planing and impregnating (16.10 NACE code) and manufacture of carpentry and carpentry products (16.23 NACE code).The total cost of the project is estimated at EUR 6339000, incl. Projekta mērķi ir paaugstināt uzņēmuma konkurētspēju, uzsākot jauna līmētās koksnes produkta ar uzlabotām lietošanas īpašībām – konstrukciju brusas no radiāliem piemizas dēļiem (turpmāk tekstā – jaunais produkts), ražošanu un paaugstināt komersanta produktivitāti integrējot ražošanas līnijā tādas eksperimentālas tehnoloģijas, kuru tehniskie parametri atbilst jaunākajiem zinātniskajiem sasniegumiem. Būtiskākais mērķis – ātrāka un efektīvāka ražošana.Projektā paredzēts pasūtīt un iegādāties ražošanas līniju, kas sastāv no trim blokiem, kuri visi tiks izgatavoti speciāli uzņēmuma pasūtījumam un saskaņā ar pieejamo telpas specifikāciju. Aktivitātes, kas vērstas uz iecerētās apakļkoksnes radiālās zāģēšanas līnijas izstrādi un ieviešanu atbilst RIS3 viedās specializācijas jomai “Viedie materiāli, tehnoloģijas un inženiersistēmas”, kur rezultātā izveidotās iekārtas aktivitātes tiek veiktas atbilstoši šādām atbalstāmo zināšanu jomām.Uzņēmums un projekts atbilst sekojošām nozarēm: Zāģēšana, ēvelēšana un impregnēšana (16.10 NACE kods) un Namdaru un galdniecības izstrādājumu ražošana (16.23 NACE kods).Projekta kopējās izmaksas plānotas 6 339 000 EUR, t.sk.
