| Property / summary: Projekts paredz ar komercdarbību saistītās teritorijas attīstību Staiceles pilsētā un pagastā, Alojas novadā, veicot ieguldījumus pašvaldībai piederošā infrastruktūrā. Galvenās projekta aktivitātes ir Audēju ielas pārbūve 0,945 km garumā, padarot to drošu satiksmei, kā arī 2000A liela elektroenerģijas pieslēguma izbūve pašvaldības īpašumā "Alderi", kuru kopā ar zemi nodot nomas tiesību izsolē komersantiem. Paredzams, ka tādējādi konkrētajā teritorijā tiks atbalstīti 9 komersanti, teritorijai tiks piesaistītas investīcijas 1 255 000 EUR apmērā, kā arī tiks radīta vismaz 21 jauna pilnas slodzes darba vieta. Kopējās projekta izmaksas plānotas 828 654,37 EUR apmērā, no tām ERAF finansējums - 663 787,71 EUR.
