A operação centra-se na ampliação e modernização da rede de vigilância e aquisição de dados do sistema integrado de videovigilância (CICLOPE) já em operação no Distrito de Leiria, e que apresenta cobertura muito limitada da zona de intervenção da CIM-RL.
