O objetivo da presente candidatura é alargar a base social de apoio aos estudantes do ensino superior público e privado. Com este objetivo pretende-se o aumento do nº de diplomados no âmbito da atual política de ação social, melhorando as possibilidades de acesso mediante a concessão de bolsas de estudo a estudantes socialmente desfavorecidos, deslocados ou portadores de deficiência.
