Esta intervenção irá reorganizar e colmatar esta parte da cidade com um novo desenho, ficando como premissa da possibilidade de criar um anel/circuito de ligação entre as várias zonas pedonais existentes ao longos dos dois cursos de água que atravessam a cidade, alterando ainda mais os hábitos dos habitantes para que possam usufruir de um espaço público que se pretende cada vez mais paraas pessoas.
