"Achievement of the objective will ensure the implementation of a comprehensive programme for prevention of health in the period 8.2020-10.2021 by including the UP with a broad set of forms of support (min.2/person;SKD2.10) health services (obligator.) are not the only form of support in the project. The scheme of implementation of the project was based on TYP 3 of the project Development of prevention for the detection of breast cancer, colorectal cancer, including: #1 implementation of health services – mammography research (finance. 4 #2 implementation of health services research colonoscopy (finance. 3 #3 meetings inform.-eduk. of a local nature for UP, proviso #4 providing access to research for UP, 6 #5 providing care for a person in need of support in the daily functioning of a person supported by the project, while benefiting from the support. 6 #6 educational meetings in the field of cancer prevention for the detection of breast cancer, colorectal cancer directed to doctors and caregivers. Item 2 #7 in the area of support, purchase of medical equipment for colonoscopy and necessary repair work, A.5 The implementation of the above-mentioned objectives will translate into achieving result indicators: Number of people who, thanks to ESF intervention, came to the survey (3100 UP). GŁÓWNYM CELEM PROJEKTU jest „Zwiększenie poziomu wiedzy i świadomości zdrowotnej z zakresu raka piersi oraz podniesienie poziomu zgłaszalności na badania profilaktyczne poprzez objęcie badaniem mammograficznym 2700K z powiatów: kołobrzeskiego, białogardzkiego, gryfickiego, świdwińskiego, koszalińskiego i m.Koszalin, a także poprawa dostępności oraz zwiększenie poziomu wiedzy i świadomości zdrowotnej z zakresu raka jelita grubego oraz podniesienie poziomu zgłaszalności na badania profilaktyczne poprzez objęcie badaniem kolonoskopowym 400 (180K, 220M) mieszkańców powiatów: kołobrzeskiego, białogardzkiego, gryfickiego, świdwińskiego w okresie 01.08.2020r.- 31.10.2021r.” Osiągnięcie celu zagwarantuje realizacja kompleksowego programu na rzecz profilaktyki zdrowotnej w okresie 8.2020-10.2021 poprzez objęcie UP szerokim zestawem form wsparcia (min.2/os;SKD2.10) usługi zdrowotne (obligator.) nie stanowią jedynej formy wsparcia w projekcie. Schemat realizacji projektu został oparty o TYP 3 projektu Rozwój profilaktyki w kierunku wykrywania raka piersi, raka jelita grubego w tym: #1 realizacja usług zdrowotnych - badań mammografii (finans. Z NFZ)zad.4 #2 realizacja usług zdrowotnych badań kolonoskopii (finans. Z EFS)zad.3 #3 spotkania inform.-eduk. o charakterze lokalnym dla UP, zad.1 #4 zapewnianie dojazdu na badania dla UP,zad.6 #5 zapewnienie opieki nad osobą potrzebującą wsparcia w codziennym funkcjonowaniu, którą opiekuje się osoba objęta wsparciem w ramach projektu, w czasie korzystania ze wsparcia.,zad.6 #6 spotkania edukacyjne z zakresu profilaktyki nowotworowej w kierunku wykrywania raka piersi, jelita grubego kierowane do lekarzy i pieleg. POZ z obszaru wsparcia,zad.2 #7 zakup sprzętu medycznego do kolonoskopii oraz niezbędne prace remontowe, zad.5 Realizacja ww. celów przełoży się na osiągnięcie wskaźników rezultatu: Liczba osób, które dzięki interwencji EFS zgłosiły się na badanie (3100 UP).
