The subject of this project will be the reconstruction of the historic promenade in Świnoujście, on the section from Małachowskiego Street to ul. Silesian insurgents, approx. 1 km and variable width from 7,70 m to 16 m. The promenade is part of the Spa District, which forms an urban layout with historical buildings and greenery, entered in the provincial register of monuments by decision PSOZ/SZ-n/5340/33/91 of 08.03.1991 with register No A1177. The project fits in with the layout without making any substantial changes both in the division of the historical pedestrian trajectory and in connection with the urban transport system. The substantive scope of the project includes: carrying out construction works, laying elements of development of the promenade (powerful, light rings, shaders, benches, water fountains, poplars, street name signs, bicycle stands, trash bins, single and double lamps, audiences), planting greenery, lighting, promotional activities and building supervision. Immediately after the completion of the project, it will be possible to use the full functionality of the rebuilt infrastructure as part of the implementation of this project. The project will not require additional measures to make full use of it. The municipality has technical, human resources and knowledge to ensure that the infrastructure is operational after its completion. Maintenance of the promenade in due condition will be carried out by the Department of Infrastructure and Greens of the Municipal University, which has such tasks in the field of responsibilities in accordance with the organizational regulations of the City Office, including: management of properties constituting the property of the City in terms of their proper technical operation, management of urban greenery, supervision of elements of small architecture. The reconstruction of the historic promenade will boost employment by stimulating entrepreneurship in the tourism and health industry. As a result of the project, 1 workplace will be created. Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu będzie przebudowa historycznej promenady w Świnoujściu, na odcinku od ul.Małachowskiego do ul. Powstańców Śląskich, o dł. ok. 1 km i zmiennej szerokości od 7,70m do 16m. Promenada stanowi część Dzielnicy Uzdrowiskowej, która to tworzy układ urbanistyczny wraz z historyczną zabudową i zielenią, wpisany do wojewódzkiego rejestru zabytków decyzją PSOZ/SZ-n/5340/33/91 z 08.03.1991 r. o nr rejestru A1177. Projekt wpisuje się w zastany układ, nie wprowadzając zasadniczych zmian zarówno w podziale historycznego ciągu pieszego jak również w połączeniach z miejskim układem komunikacyjnym. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje: przeprowadzenie robót budowlanych, posadowienie elementów zagospodarowania promenady (tężni, ringów świetlnych, zacieniaczy, ławek, fontanny–zegara wodnego, topiarów, tabliczek z nazwami ulic, stojaków rowerowych, koszy na śmieci, lamp pojedynczych i podwójnych, widowni), nasadzenie zieleni, wykonanie oświetlenia, przeprowadzenie działań promocyjnych i nadzór budowlany. Bezpośrednio po zakończeniu realizacji projektu będzie możliwe wykorzystanie pełnej funkcjonalności infrastruktury przebudowanej w ramach realizacji niniejszego projektu. Przedsięwzięcie nie będzie wymagało dodatkowych działań w celu jej pełnego wykorzystania. Gmina posiada zasoby techniczne, kadrowe i wiedzę gwarantujące uruchomienie funkcjonowania infrastruktury po jej zakończeniu. Utrzymaniem promenady w należytym stanie będzie się zajmował Wydział Infrastruktury i Zieleni Miejskiej UM, który ma takie zadania w zakresie obowiązków zgodnie z regulaminem organizacyjnym Urzędu Miasta, m.in.: zarządzanie nieruchomościami stanowiącymi mienie Miasta w zakresie ich właściwej technicznej eksploatacji, zarządzanie zielenią miejską, nadzór nad elementami małej architektury. Przebudowa historycznej promenady wpłynie na wzrost zatrudnienia poprzez pobudzenie przedsiębiorczości w branży turystyczno–uzdrowiskowej. W wyniku realizacji projektu powstanie 1 miejsce pracy.
