The scope of the project includes co-financing in the form of a grant for the exchange of coal heat sources in buildings/residential units in the municipality of Barwice for modern heating equipment, characterised by the energy efficiency level and emission standards applicable since the end of 2020 – Directive 2009/125/EC – ecodesign. The initial assumptions of the project (according to the surveys received) are the replacement of 19 heat generators in buildings meeting minimum energy efficiency requirements, i.e. having a primary energy demand ratio of max 150 kWh/m²/year. The energy standard of buildings (energy demand) will verify the developed energy performance certificates of buildings. The final recipients of the project will be natural persons with legal title to real estate. Types of modern heating devices planned for installation are: 13 gas boilers, 5 biomass pellet boilers and 1 electric device. The main stages of the project are: I. Execution of energy assessments of buildings – 01.01.2020r-30.06.2020 II. Zakres przedmiotowego projektu obejmuje dofinansowanie w formie grantu wymiany węglowych źródeł ciepła w budynkach/lokalach mieszkalnych na terenie Gminy Barwice na nowoczesne urządzenia grzewcze, charakteryzujące się obowiązującym od końca 2020 roku min poziomem efektywności energetycznej i normami emisji - Dyrektywa UE 2009/125/WE - ekoprojekt. Wstępne założenia projektu (zgodnie z otrzymanymi ankietami) to wymiana 19 źródeł ciepła w budynkach spełniających minimalne wymogi w zakresie efektywności energetycznej tj. posiadające wskaźnik zapotrzebowania na energię pierwotną na poziomie max 150 kWh/m2/rok. Standard energetyczny budynków (zapotrzebowania na energię) zweryfikują opracowane świadectwa charakterystyki energetycznej budynków. Odbiorcami końcowymi projektu będą osoby fizyczne posiadające tytuł prawny do nieruchomości. Rodzaje nowoczesnych urządzeń grzewczych zaplanowanych do instalacji to: 13 kotłów gazowych, 5 kotłów biomasowych na pellet oraz 1 urządzenie elektryczne. Główne etapy realizacji projektu: I. Wykonanie ocen energetycznych budynków- 01.01.2020r-30.06.2020r. II. Wymiana węglowych źródeł ciepła - 01.03.2020r.-30.06.2021r. Nowoczesne urządzenia grzewcze będą na stałe zamontowane i eksploatowane w budynkach jako podstawowe źródła ciepła. (Polish)
