As part of activity 1, the following works are planned: — execution of multi-discipline complete design documentation with obtaining all required arrangements and permits, including a valid building permit and other arrangements necessary to obtain a permit for use, – execution of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, – execution of cost estimates and pre-measures of construction works, – construction and technological works concerning the construction of a high-efficiency gas cogeneration source on the basis of a gas engine cooperating with the existing technological system of the District Heating Plant in Myśliborz, and the construction of a gas, technological and electricity connection connected with the transfer of the produced electricity to the local DSO electricity system. Task No 2 provided for the purchase and installation of an information and commemorative board. The project will be carried out independently by the Applicant. As a result of the project, the Applicant will build a comprehensive high-efficiency cogeneration installation (the installation will have a minimum of 10 % energy efficiency) powered by natural gas, with an electrical capacity of 0.450 MWe and a thermal input of 0.551 MWt constructed in size corresponding to the local useful heat demand. As a result of the project, the energy efficiency of the Myśliborz heating plant will be increased and CO2 emissions resulting from its operation will be reduced. The project represents the next stage of the implementation of the SEC Group’s action plan defined as the pursuit of a modern and efficient district heating system in Myśliborz. The use of project effects will be possible immediately after the end of the project without the need for other actions/projects. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Projekt obejmuje realizację zakresu rzeczowego w terminie 29.11.2019 r. - 31.12.2021 r. i obejmuje 2 zadania: - zadanie nr 1: Realizacja inwestycji w formule "zaprojektuj i wybuduj", - zadanie nr 2: Promocja projektu. W ramach zadania nr 1 zaplanowano następujące prace: - wykonanie wielobranżowej kompletnej dokumentacji projektowej wraz z uzyskaniem wszelkich wymaganych uzgodnień i pozwoleń, w tym prawomocnego pozwolenia na budowę i innych uzgodnień niezbędnych do uzyskania pozwolenia na użytkowanie, - wykonanie specyfikacji technicznych wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych, - wykonanie kosztorysów i przedmiarów robót budowlanych, - wykonanie robót budowlanych i technologicznych dot. budowy wysokosprawnego gazowego źródła kogeneracyjnego na bazie silnika gazowego współpracującego z istniejącym układem technologicznym Ciepłowni Rejonowej w Myśliborzu oraz budowy przyłącza gazowego, technologicznego i elektroenergetycznego związanego z wyprowadzeniem wyprodukowanej energii elektrycznej do systemu elektroenergetycznego lokalnego OSD. W ramach zadania nr 2 przewidziano zakup i montaż tablicy informacyjnej i pamiątkowej. Projekt będzie realizowany samodzielnie przez Wnioskodawcę. W efekcie projektu Wnioskodawca wybuduje kompleksową instalację wysokosprawnej kogeneracji (instalacja będzie cechować się minimum 10% uzyskiem efektywności energetycznej) zasilaną gazem ziemnym, o mocy elektrycznej 0,450 MWe i mocy cieplnej 0,551 MWt skonstruowaną w wielkości odpowiadającej lokalnemu zapotrzebowaniu na ciepło użytkowe. W wyniku projektu zwiększona zostanie efektywność energetyczna ciepłowni w Myśliborzu i nastąpi redukcja emisji CO2 powstająca w wyniku jej funkcjonowania. Projekt stanowi kolejny etap realizacji planu działania Grupy SEC określonego jak dążenie do nowoczesnego i efektywnego systemu ciepłowniczego w Myśliborzu. Korzystanie z efektów projektu będzie możliwe bezpośrednio po zakończeniu projektu bez konieczności podejmowania innych działań/projektów. (Polish)
