The subject of the project is the thermomodernisation of 1 public building – the Psychological and Pedagogical Clinic building. The project will be implemented in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, the city of Świnoujście, at ul. Piastowska 54, plot No 388/2, Division 6.The main objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the public utilities sector and to improve air quality in the Municipality of Świnoujście through deep thermomodernisation of the public utility building – the Psychological Clinic Building in Świnoujście. Specific objectives of the project: ensuring adequate thermal comfort, reducing negative anthropogenic pressures on the environment, supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy in the public sector and playing an exemplary role in the implementation of low-carbon strategies; reducing the global decarbonisation of public facilities in the municipality; improving air quality in the municipality by reducing CO2 and PM10 emissions; reducing the energy intensity of public utilities by reducing primary and final energy consumption in the utilities sector; reduce operating costs related to heating of buildings by making appropriate thermal insulation. Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja 1 budynku użyteczności publicznej - budynek Poradni Psychologiczno-Pedagogicznej. Projekt będzie realizowany w województwie zachodniopomorskim, mieście Świnoujście, przy ul. Piastowskiej 54, działka nr 388/2, obręb nr 6.Głównym celem bezpośrednim projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej sektora użyteczności publicznej i poprawa jakości powietrza w Gminie Miasto Świnoujście poprzez głęboką termomodernizację budynku użyteczności publicznej – Budynek Poradni Psychologicznej w Świnoujściu. Cele szczegółowe projektu: zapewnienie odpowiedniego komfortu cieplnego, ograniczenie negatywnej presji antropogenicznej na środowisko naturalne, wspieranie przejścia na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną w sektorze publicznym oraz pełnienie wzorcowej roli we wdrażaniu strategii niskoemisyjnych; obniżenie globalnej emisyjności obiektów publicznych na terenie gminy; poprawa jakości powietrza na terenie gminy poprzez obniżenie emisji CO2 i pyłów zawieszonych PM10; obniżenie energochłonności obiektów użyteczności publicznej poprzez zmniejszenie zużycia energii pierwotnej i końcowej w sektorze użyteczności publicznej; zmniejszenie kosztów operacyjnych związanych z ogrzewaniem budynków poprzezwykonanie odpowiedniej termoizolacji.
