The project implemented by TKOPD is a number of actions in the area of family support, aimed at preventing the placement of children in foster care and prevention of social exclusion of families experiencing caring and educational difficulties, especially in connection with separation, domestic violence and lone parenthood. The scope of support shall be in accordance with the Act as of. 9.06.2011r. about family support and foster care system.The target group of the project is families from the area of M. Poznań and the region. Poznański, who apply for assistance in person or are directed by MOPR/GOPS/OPS, PCPR, courts or other institutions.Family will receive support in the form of diagnosis of possible forms of assistance implemented both in TKOPD and in the family environment (based on cooperation with other institutions and organisations).In the framework of the project, families will be able to use:- specialised psychological and pedagogical counselling: individual advice and consultation, diagnosis and examination of the family situation; individual therapy, family therapy; mediation; support in the programme “Protection of ties” – classes for parents raising educational competences- meetings of the psycho-education group for teenagers- legal advice, in particular in the field of family lawIn accordance with the awarding crit. no. 6, the project includes 2 forms of specialised counselling for families experiencing caring and educational difficulties, applied depending on the individual needs of the project participants.The above forms of support will cover at least 250 families from the area of M. Poznań and the area. Projekt realizowany przez TKOPD to szereg działań z obszaru wsparcia rodziny, mających na celu prewencję umieszczania dzieci w pieczy zastępczej oraz profilaktykę wykluczenia społecznego rodzin przeżywających trudności opiekuńczo-wychowawcze, zwłaszcza w związku z rozstaniem, przemocą domową, samotnym rodzicielstwem. Zakres wsparcia jest zgodny z ustawą z dn. 9.06.2011r. o wspieraniu rodziny i systemie pieczy zastępczej.Grupa docelowa projektu to rodziny z obszaru M. Poznania i pow. Poznańskiego, które zgłaszają się po pomoc osobiście lub kierowane są przez MOPR/GOPS/OPS, PCPR, sądy czy inne instytucje.Rodziny uzyskają wsparcie w formie diagnozy możliwych do zaoferowania form pomocy zarówno realizowanych w TKOPD, jak i w środowisku rodziny (w oparciu o współpracę z innymi instytucjami i organizacjami).W ramach projektu rodziny będą mogły skorzystać z:- specjalistycznego poradnictwa psychologiczno-pedagogicznego: porady i konsultacje indywidualne, diagnoza i badanie sytuacji rodzinnej; terapia indywidualna, rodzinna; mediacja; wsparcie w programie "Ochrona więzi"- zajęć dla rodziców podnoszących kompetencje wychowawcze- spotkań grupy psychoedukacyjnej dla nastolatków- porad prawnych, w szczególności w zakresie prawa rodzinnegoZgodnie z kryt. premiującym nr 6 projekt obejmuje 2 formy specjalistycznego poradnictwa dla rodzin przeżywających trudności opiekuńczo-wychowawcze, stosowane w zależności od indywidualnie ustalonych potrzeb uczestników projektu.Ww. formami wsparcia objętych zostanie co najmniej 250 rodzin z terenu M. Poznania i pow.
