Celem głównym projektu jest utworzenie 20 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w gminie Lipka oraz finansowanie ich bieżącego funkcjonowania przez 24 miesiące, dzięki czemu rodzice doświadczający trudności na runku pracy z powodu opieki nad dzieckiem do lat 3, będą mogli utrzymać, znaleźć lub aktywnie poszukiwać pracy. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 04.11.2019 r do 28.02.2022 r. Bieżące funkcjonowanie od 01.02.2020 do 31.01.2022 r. Projekt będzie realizowany w Żłobku Gminnym, ul. Gajowa 4 w Lipce. Projekt jest komplementarny z projektem Maluch +. Gmina Lipka uzyskała dofinansowanie na przebudowę części budynku szkoły podstawowej na Żłobek Gminny, który będzie się mieścił na części parteru- 351, 5 m 2. Dof. otrzymano na prace budowlane, sanitarne, elektryczne, wyposażenie(meble, łóżeczka, materace, pościel, krzesełka, stoliki, siedziska, leżaki, maty, nocniki, zabawki). Wsparcie jest zgodne z diagnozą wskazaną w fiszce projektu pozakonkursowego oraz wynika z indywidualnie zdiagnozowanego zapotrzebowania placówki objętej wsparciem w projekcie. Główne działania - doposażenie miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3: art. do codziennej pielęgnacji dzieci, organizacji posiłków, art. plastyczne i dydaktyczne, inst. muzyczne, drobne wyposażenie łazienek, pomie. gospodarczego, socjalnego, apteczki, zakup sprzętu biurowego i multimedialnego. Uważamy, iż konieczne jest przeszkolenie zespołu opiekującego się dziećmi nie tylko w zakresie udzielanie pierwszej pomocy, ale też w zakresie psychologicznym. Będzie to nowa placówka, zatrudnione zostaną nowe nieznające się osoby. Dla dobra dzieci przeprowadzone zostaną war. integracyjno-motywacyjne, war. rozwijające pracę zespołową, war. rozwoju indywidualnego w roli opiekuna, warsztaty z zarządzania stresem i trening antystresowy. Po ustaniu finansowania z EFS, nowo powstałe w ramach projektu miejsca będą finansowanie z następujących źródeł: środki własne gminy, Maluch +, opłaty ponoszone przez rodziców. (Polish)

The project will be implemented in the period from 04.11.2019 to 28.02.2022. The running from 01.02.2020 to 31.01.2022. The project will be implemented in the Municipal School, ul. Gayov 4 in Lipka. The project is complementary to the Maluch+ project. The municipality of Lipka has received funding for the conversion of a part of the primary school building to the Gymnasium, which will be located on the ground floor – 351.5 m 2. Dof. received for construction, sanitary, electrical, equipment (furniture, cots, mattresses, bedding, chairs, tables, seats, sunbeds, mats, potty, toys). The support is consistent with the diagnosis indicated in the non-competition project flashcard and results from the individually diagnosed needs of the facility supported by the project. Main actions – retrofitting of childcare facilities for children under 3 years of age: art. for daily care of children, organisation of meals, arts and didactic arts, musical inst., small furnishings of bathrooms, economic, social, first-aid kits, purchase of office and multimedia equipment. We believe that it is necessary to train the childcare team not only in providing first aid but also in the psychological field. It will be a new facility, new people will be recruited. For the benefit of children, integration and motivational war will be conducted, developing teamwork, individual development as a carer, stress management workshops and anti-stress training. Once ESF funding is discontinued, the newly created project will be funded from the following sources: own resources of the municipality, Maluch +, fees borne by parents. (English)
