In the course of the work, an electric bicycle was developed based on a composite-metal supporting frame and its production technology. The implementation of modern production technology (combined with equipment, software and construction of a production and warehouse hall) will enable the start of a new process of produkcyjnego:Projekt includes the construction of a production and warehouse hall (1 piece) and zakup:Zaplecza:- Purchase of a 3D scanner – 1 pcs- Purchase and commissioning of a CNC machine tool for the production of other small parts – 1 pcs- Purchase of a fire station – 1 pcs- Purchase and commissioning of a line for final assembly, equipped with tools, tape, lighting, etc. — 1 kpl.- Storage racks – 1 kpl.- Desktop – 2 pcs- Tablet – 1 pcs. Software:- improving the sales process – 1 pcs- Bicycle control system – 1 piece. A total of 8 fixed assets and 2 intangible assets will be purchased. The applicant (one enterprise) will receive support (grants – PLN 1 774 575.00) for the implementation of this project, in which the value of private investments will amount to PLN 3 075 930.00, will introduce a range of new products to the market (the bicycles covered by the project were not yet available on the Polish market or were not identified on any of the foreign markets.) and the improved service. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi rozszerzenie podstawowego profilu działalności Wnioskodawcy poprzez wprowadzenie do oferty przedsiębiorstwa innowacyjnej gamy produktów - rowerów hybrydowych o ramie modułowej (które będą stanowić nowość dla firmy i rynku) oraz udoskonalonej usługi personalizacji kamperów i przyczep campingowych. Projekt zakłada wdrożenie innowacji technologicznej będącej wynikiem prac badawczych Wnioskodawcy, zrealizowanych na jego zlecenie. W toku prac opracowany został rower elektryczny oparty o kompozytowo-metalową ramę nośną oraz technologia jego produkcji. Wdrożenie nowoczesnej technologii produkcji (w połączeniu z urządzeniami, oprogramowaniem oraz budową hali produkcyjno-magazynowej) umożliwi rozpoczęcie nowego procesu produkcyjnego:Projekt obejmuje budowę hali produkcyjno-magazynowej (1 szt.) oraz zakup:Zaplecza technicznego:- Zakup skanera 3D - 1 szt.- Zakup i uruchomienie obrabiarki CNC do produkcji pozostałych elementów drobnych - 1 szt.- Zakup stanowiska ogniowego - 1 szt.- Zakup i uruchomienie linii do końcowego montażu, wyposażonej w narzędzia, taśmę, oświetlenie itp. - 1 kpl.- Regały magazynowe - 1 kpl.- Komputer stacjonarny - 2 szt.- Tablet - 1 szt.Oprogramowania:- Usprawniającego proces sprzedaży - 1 szt.- System sterowania rowerem - 1 szt.
