Termin realizacji: 3.2020-2.2021 Grupa docelowa: 23 os. (12K, 11M) zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa lub wykluczenia społ. w wieku 18-64 (w tym 4 os. z niepełnospr.: 2K, 2M), zam. na terenie powiatu elbląskiego i m. Elbląga. Obszary wsparcia, w ramach których realizowane będą konkretne zadania: I. DIAGNOZA UCZESTNIKÓW PROJEKTU II. AKTYWIZACJA SPOŁECZNA - ROZWÓJ KOMPETENCJI SPOŁECZNYCH III. Areas of support in which specific tasks will be carried out: I. DIAGNOSIS OF PROJECT II PARTICIPANTS. SOCIAL ACTIVATION – DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL COMPETENCES III. Activating VALID Indicators: Number of people at risk of poverty and/or population supported in the programme – 23 Number of people from under-sectors supported in the programme – 4 Employment efficiency indicator for people at risk of poverty or exclusion: — persons with disabilities – 12 %, – other persons at risk of poverty or exclusion. — 25 % Social efficiency rate for persons at risk of poverty or exclusion: — persons with disabilities – 34 % – other persons at risk of poverty or exclusion. — 34 % Number of persons at risk of poverty or exclusion in employment after leaving the programme (including self-employment) – 5 Number of persons at risk of poverty or job-seekers after leaving the programme – 2 Number of persons at risk of poverty or for children who obtained qualifications after leaving the programme – 7 (English)
