Project: “ERKON-DROGA TO INSPECTION” – will be carried out by the Elbląg Consultative Council of Persons with Disabilities, in the district of Elbląg Grodzkie and Earth during the period of 26 months. Increasing socio-occupational activity 60 people (66.6 %-40 ON and 33.3-20 long-term unemployed), at risk of social exclusion at the age of 15-64 (36 women,24 men). Employment efficiency indicator level – 15 people.The project will cover people with disabilities-40, and 20 long-term unemployed and qualified for the III Aid Profile. The project will be implemented in 2 rounds, each after 12 months. The project assumes 3 main tasks: multi-profile diagnosis; social reintegration; professional reintegration. Ups will be covered by the following actions: individual and group support of a psychologist; legal advice; support for career counsellors; job trainer service; training, internships, employment and job monitoring. The project foresees that at least 25 % of participants will take up employment. UP support will be implemented on the basis of the “Hot Potato Age” model – a positively validated innovation and testing project called “Individual employment pathways”. (English)

    Projekt: „ERKON-DROGA DO NIEZALEŻNOŚCI”- realizowany będzie przez Elbląską Radę Konsultacyjną Osób Niepełnosprawnych, na terenie powiatu elbląskiego grodzkiego i ziemskiego w okresie 26 miesięcy. Podniesienie aktywności społeczno-zawodowej 60 osób(66,6%-40 ON i 33,3-20 osoby długotrwale bezrob.), zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym w wieku 15-64 (36 kobiet,24 mężczyzn). Poziom wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnienia - 15 osób.W ramach projektu działaniami zostaną objęte osoby z niepełnosprawnością-40, oraz 20-osoby długotrwałe bezrobotne i zakwalifikowane do III profilu pomocy. Projekt realizowany będzie w 2 turach, każda po 12 miesięcy. Projekt zakłada realizację 3 głównych zadań: wieloprofilowa diagnoza; reintegracja społeczna; reintegracja zawodowa. UP objęci będą następującymi działaniami: indywidualne i grupowe wsparcie psychologa; poradnictwo prawne; wsparcie doradcy zawodowego; usługa trenera pracy; szkolenia, staże, zatrudnienie i monitoring pracy. Projekt przewiduje, że co najmniej 25% uczestników podejmie zatrudnienie. Wsparcie UP realizowane będzie w oparciu o Model „Wiek Gorącego Ziemniaka”-pozytywnie zwalidowany projekt innowacyjnotestujący pn:”Indywidualne ścieżki zatrudnienia”. (Polish)
