The scope of the project concerns: terrain hardening, terrain lighting, video surveillance, purchase of computer equipment, containers, press-container, containers, pressure washer, chipper for branches. More chapters 1.2 and 2.2 of the Execution Study. Among the stages of implementation are: study studies, construction works, purchase of durable dimensional, educational activities and promotion of the project. The entire scope of the investment will be implemented by the beneficiary, i.e. Zakład Usług Komunalne Sp. z o.o., which has separated the working team from its structure. Responsible for the implementation of the project, who have high qualifications and experience in the implementation of projects – more in sw. By proposing to solve the project to the highest degree to the assumptions of the SzOOP (r. 1.2 sw). The project is a missing element of the waste gosp. in the municipality of Mikołajki, which is required by law, since Article 3 paragraph. 2b of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Dz. U. 2016, item. 250) obliges municipalities to set up at least one stationary separate collection point for municipal waste, and so far it operates in the Municipality of Mikołajki PSZOK, which needs to be upgraded in accordance with the statutory requirements. As a result of the implementation of the project, PSZOK will accept problem waste from the residents of the municipality of Mikołajki, i.e.: expired medicines and chemicals, waste batteries, accumulators and fluorescent lamps, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, construction and demolition waste, used tyres, green waste, ash, including hazardous waste. The project’s stakeholders are residents of the Municipality of Mikołajki, including entrepreneurs, investors and residents of the region. Stakeholders’ needs have not yet been fully met, as currently PSZOK is not fully adapted to the statutory requirements. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Modernizacja Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) w Mikołajkach zlokaliz. jest na działkach nr: nr 89/1 i nr 14/18 obręb Mikołajki. Zakres projektu dotyczy: utwardzenia terenu, oświetlenia terenu, wyk. monitoringu wizyjnego, zakupu sprzętu komputer., kontenerów, praso-kontenera, pojemników , myjki ciśnieniowej, rębaka do gałęzi. Więcej rozdział 1.2 i 2.2 studium wykon. Wśród etapów realizacji przeds. wymienia się: oprac. studium wyk., roboty budowlane, zakup śr. trwałych, działania edukacyjne oraz promocję projektu. Cały zakres inwestycji wdrażane będzie przez beneficjenta, tj. Zakład Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o.o., która wyodrębniła ze swej struktury zespół pracown. odpowiedz. za wdroż. projektu, którzy posiadają wysokie kwalif. i doświad. w realizacji projektów -. więcej w sw. Poprzez zaprop. rozwiąz. projekt w najwyższym stopniu odpow. założeniom SzOOP (r. 1.2 sw). Projekt jest brakującym elementem funkcjon. gosp. odpadami w gminie Mikołajki, wymaganym ustawowo, gdyż art. 3 ust. 2b ustawy z 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (Dz. U. 2016 poz. 250 ) zobowiązuje gminy do utworzenia co najmniej jednego stacjonarnego punktu selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych, a do tej pory taki funkcjonuje w Gminie Mikołajki PSZOK, który wymaga modernizacji zgodnie z wymogami ustawowymi. W wyniku realizacji projektu PSZOK przyjmował będzie od mieszkańców gminy Mikołajki odpady problemowe, tj. m.in.: przeterminowane leki i chemikalia, zużyte baterie, akumulatory i świetlówki, zużyty sprzęt elektryczny i elektroniczny, meble i inne odpady wielkogabarytowe, odpady budowlane i rozbiórkowe, zużyte opony, odpady zielone, popiół, w tym odpady niebezpieczne. Interesariuszami projektu są mieszkańcy Gminy Mikołajki, w tym przedsiębiorcy, inwestorzy oraz mieszkańcy regionu. Potrzeby interesariuszy nie zostały jeszcze do końca zaspokojone, gdyż obecnie PSZOK nie jest w pełni przystosowany do wymogów ustawowych. (Polish)
