The project is aimed at students and teachers of professional subjects of the High School of Fine Arts. The objectives of the project are: 1. Improving pupils’ key and professional competences, the right attitudes and skills needed in the labour market and 2.Enhancing the employability of pupils by improving the quality of vocational training. The implementation of the project will allow 40 students to complete internships during the holiday months 2021 and 2022 with 5 employers whose activities are similar to the profession of art. They will participate in 3 training courses, two of which will allow for the improvement of interpersonal skills and critical thinking, desired on the labour market and the third of hard-Zbrush competences. An additional objective of the project will be the professional development of teachers, allowing them to acquire the skills required in the modern labour market. Teachers will take part in training courses, including training on critical thinking. The project will carry out the following tasks: 1.Recruitment and diagnosis of students together with employers and career adviser 2. Hard and soft training. 3. Professional internships with employers. 4.Education of teachers. Students in classes III and II will be recruited. 30 students are expected to recruit in 2021 and 30 in 2022. As a result of the tasks, 40 students will be recruited with employers’ internships and trainings to increase their employability in the profession of art.They will acquire skills and competences that will give them confidence and self-worth in the future labour market. Teachers of artistic subjects will acquire knowledge and skills in handling modern computer programs in demand on the labour market, which employers require: An illustrator. Projekt skierowany jest do uczniów i nauczycieli przedmiotów zawodowych Liceum Sztuk Plastycznych. Celami projektu są: 1. Podniesienie u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych i zawodowych, właściwych postaw i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz 2.Zwiększenie zatrudnialności uczniów poprzez poprawę jakości kształcenia zawodowego. Realizowany będzie w szkole, w której Ramowym Planie nauczania nie przewidziano praktyk i staży zawodowych. Realizacja projektu pozwoli 40 uczniom na odbycie staży zawodowych w okresie miesięcy wakacyjnych 2021 i 2022 r u 5 pracodawców, których działalność jest zbliżona z zawodem plastyk. Będą uczestniczyć w 3 szkoleniach, z których dwa pozwolą na doskonalenie umiejętności interpersonalnych oraz myślenia krytycznego, pożądanych na rynku pracy i trzecie z kompetencji twardych-Zbrush.Dodatkowym celem projektu będzie doskonalenie zawodowe nauczycieli,pozwalające na zdobycie umiejętności wymaganych na współczesnym rynku pracy. Nauczyciele będą uczestniczyć w szkoleniach, w tym tażke szkoleniu z myślenia krytycznego. W ramach projektu będą realizowane następujące zadania: 1.Rekrutacja i diagnoza uczniów razem z pracodawcami i doradcą zawodowym 2.Szkolenia twarde i miękkie. 3.Staże zawodowe u pracodawców. 4.Dokształcanie nauczycieli. Rekrutacji podlegać będą uczniowie klasy III i II. Zakłada się, że do rekrutacji przystąpi 30 uczniów w 2021 i 30 w roku 2022. Z rekrutowanych zostanie po 20 w każdym roku.W wyniku realizacji zadań 40 uczniów dzięki stażom u pracodawców i szkoleniom zwiększy swoje szanse zatrudnienia w wyuczonym zawodzie plastyka.Nabędą umiejętności i kompetencje, które zapewnią im poczucie pewności i własnej wartości na przyszłym rynku pracy. Nauczyciele przedmiotów artystycznych zdobędą wiedzę i umiejętności w obsłudze nowoczesnych, poszukiwanych na rynku pracy programów komputerowych, których wymagają pracodawcy: Illustrator.
