Celem projektu jest rozwój umiejętności uniwersalnych i transferowalnych oraz kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy u uczniów ze Szkoły Podstawowej im. Marii Zientary-Malewskiej w Spychowie, poprzez realizację w okresie od 01.02.2021 r. do 30.06.2022 r. zajęć dodatkowych dla 16 uczniów (7K, 9M), nabycie kompetencji kluczowych lub umiejętności uniwersalnych przez 13 uczniów oraz doskonalenie umiejętności, kompetencji lub kwalifikacji 6 nauczycieli (5K, 1M), w tym uzyskanie kwalifikacji/nabycie kompetencji przez 5 nauczycieli.
