The purchase of mobile trays Mobile Trak will be a tool used to provide the newly introduced wood wiping service. 2. Buying and implementing a system for conducting online classes We will introduce changes in the way the services currently provided. The theoretical part of the course for driving will be conducted online, via the internet. This will not only maintain the continuity of service provision, but will also avoid the restrictions on the number of trainees that apply to in-patient training. 3. Purchase and distribution of the promotional video The promotional video will be placed on YouTube, constituting a new channel for the promotion of our services. 4. Customer service stations will be equipped with antiviral shields. In addition, an automatic hand disinfectant dispenser will be purchased. 5. Buying laptops for remote work The purchase of laptops with software will allow you to change the organisation of work, i.e. the transition of some employees to remote work. The project fits into the assumptions of the SzOOP ROP WiM because it aims to enable the Applicant’s economic activity during a period of increased health risk. Projekt będzie realizowany w przedsiębiorstwie Ośrodek Szkolenia Kierowców L-Wit Konrad Klonowski. Zakłada on: 1. Zmianę sposobu świadczenia usług; 2. Wprowadzenie nowej usługi; 3. Wprowadzenie usprawnień w obsłudze klienta; 4. Wprowadzenie nowego kanału promocji; 5. Wprowadzenia zmian w organizacji pracy. Projekt obejmuje: 1. Zakup traka mobilnego Trak mobilny będzie narzędziem wykorzystywanym do świadczenia nowo wprowadzonej usługi przecierania drewna. 2. Zakup i wdrożenie systemu do prowadzenia zajęć online Wprowadzimy zmiany w sposobie obecnie świadczonych usług. Część teoretyczna kursu na prawo jazdy będzie prowadzona online, za pośrednictwem internetu. Pozwoli to nie tylko utrzymać ciągłość świadczenia usług, ale także pozwoli ominąć ograniczenia w liczbie kursantów, które obowiązują w przypadku szkoleń w formie stacjonarnej. 3. Zakup i rozpowszechnienie filmu promocyjnego Film promocyjny zostanie umieszczony w serwisie YouTube, stanowiąc nowy kanał promocji naszych usług. 4. Zabezpieczenie sali obsługi klienta Stanowiska obsługi klientów zostaną wyposażone w osłony przeciwwirusowe. Dodatkowo, zostanie zakupiony automatyczny dozownik płynu do dezynfekcji rąk. 5. Zakup laptopów do pracy zdalnej Zakup laptopów z oprogramowaniem umożliwi zmianę organizacji pracy, tj. przejście części pracowników na prace zdalną. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM, ponieważ ma na celu umożliwienie działalności gospodarczej Wnioskodawcy w okresie zwiększonego zagrożenia w obszarze zdrowia. Projekt zakłada zakup sprzętu/usług pod kątem zapewnienia ciągłości pracy i działalności poprzez dostosowanie do pracy zdalnej, wprowadzenie nowego produktu/ usługi, wprowadzenie usprawnień w obsłudze klienta, nowego kanału promocji oraz wprowadzenie zmian w organizacji pracy.
