The aim is to increase the availability of high-quality social services for children and young people – 76 people. (34K/42M) and for 35 persons. (22K/13M) parents and guardians from Świętokrzyskie voivodship requiring support in the educational process. This will be done by: 1. extending the offer to include activities not conducted by the Applicant in 4 day support facilities and daycare centres in the area of: social prevention and upbringing, development of competences in natural sciences, technology and engineering, civic competences and cultural awareness and expression (educational and specialised classes, theatre workshops, educational support in chemistry, physics, Polish and history) and active leisure activities; 2. Specialised workshops and individual and group counselling for family members with psychologist and prevention. The support will be individualised, through the implementation of individual plans drawn up on the basis of a diagnosis for each PA. Project tasks will be carried out in day support facilities located in the communes of Zagnańsk, Mniów, Miedziana Góra and Pińczów. Result indicators: L. supported by the programme of places providing social services existing at the end of the project – 85 l. created in the programme of places of provision of family services and foster care existing after the end of the project – 9 Product indicators: 1. persons at risk of poverty or social exclusion covered by social services of general interest in the programme – 111 l. number of persons at risk of poverty or social exclusion covered by the programme’s family support and foster care services – 111 l of ICT users – 1 Period: 01.05.2020-31.05.2022 Co-financing amount: PLN 862 935.63 Own contribution: 70 187.52 PLN (7.52 %) Type of operation: 1,2 (English) | |||||||||||||||

Celem jest zwiększenie dostępności do wysokiej jakości usług społecznych dla dzieci i młodzieży - 76 os. (34K/42M) oraz dla 35 os. (22K/13M) rodziców i opiekunów z woj. świętokrzyskiego wymagających wsparcia w procesie wychowawczym. Nastąpi to poprzez: 1. rozszerzenie oferty o zajęcia nie prowadzone dotychczas przez Wnioskodawcę w 4 placówkach wsparcia dziennego i świetlicach w obszarze: profilaktyki społecznej i wychowania, rozwoju kompetencji w zakresie nauk przyrodniczych, technologii i inżynierii, kompetencji obywatelskich oraz świadomości i ekspresji kulturalnej (zajęcia wychowawcze i specjalistyczne, warsztaty teatralne, wsparcie edukacyjne z chemii, fizyki, j. polskiego i historii) oraz aktywnego spędzania czasu wolnego; 2. specjalistyczne warsztaty i poradnictwo indywidualne i grupowe dla członków rodzin z psychologiem i profilaktykiem. Wsparcie będzie miało charakter zindywidualizowany, poprzez realizację indywidualnych planów opracowanych na podstawie przeprowadzonej diagnozy dla każdego UP. Zadania projektowe realizowane będą w placówkach wsparcia dziennego mieszczących się na terenie gmin Zagnańsk, Mniów, Miedziana Góra i Pińczów.
