The main objective is to implement a health programme for the identified GD from the indicated workplaces in order to eliminate specific, diagnosed risk factors in the workplace, in the period 01.2021-06,2022. Project implemented in the area of Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.The project will be conducted as part of the project individualised actions for teaching.Scheduled in response to the needs/expectations of GD: 1. Actions for the availability of medical-prophylactic research services for project participants (01,2021-08,2021) 2. Actions to address diagnosed health risks in the workplace: stressors and strains of the skeletal system (01,2021-06,2022) 3. Actions to support the education and health of employees on the premises of workplaces (01,2022-06,2022) Partner:CM Omega (health center,registration of entities leczniczych:000000014571,korzysta with reliable scientific evidence on effectiveness and safety of therapy.Accompanies with Świętokrzyskie Branch.NFZ,which determines the procedures and the correct way of providing services.Procedures in accordance with the principles of Evidence Based Medicine. The entity implementing the residence packages will have to be registered in the register of entities performing medical activities – it will be subject to the principle of competitiveness (application and P are not subject to the PZP). The project complies with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for the SA (design office and recruitment sites, workshop rooms, medical cabinets, place of implementation of residence packages – adapted to the needs of the SA with different degree of disability). Recruitment will be carried out in a way that ensures equal access to the support offered.Project in line with EU legislation and the principle of sustainable development, in line with the principles of state aid and de minimis. Projekt skierowany do os. w wieku aktywności zawodowej,pracujących na terenie woj.święt.w tym os.50 +.Celem głównym jest wdrożenie programu zdrowotnego dla zidentyfikowanej GD z wskazanych zakładów pracy w celu wyeliminowania specyficznych,zdiagnozowanych czynników ryzyka w miejscu pracy,w okresie 01.2021-06.2022. Projekt realizowany na obszarze woj. świętokrzyskiego.Prowadzone będą w ramach projektu działania zindywidualizowane dla ucz.Zaplanowano w odpowiedzi na potrzeby/oczekiwania GD: 1.
