The target group is the students of the ZSP in Drogomyśl, for which the governing body is the Municipality of Strumień, teachers, as well as the school, which will be supported by the equipment of the workshops. The project foresees the implementation of additional teaching and training courses and the improvement of the qualifications of the pedagogical staff. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie kompetencji kluczowych 48 uczniów (25K, 23M) poprzez stworzenie warunków poprawy jakości i efektywności nauczania w wyniku realizacji zajęć dodatkowych (dydaktyczno-wyrównawczych, rozwijających, metodą eksperymentu), doposażenie pracowni przedmiotowych Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego w Drogomyślu oraz wsparcie w postaci szkoleń 25 nauczycieli (22K, 3M), zgodnie z diagnozą przeprowadzoną w szkołach, dla których organem prowadzącym jest Gmina Strumień, w okresie 12 miesięcy od 1 lipca 2021 roku do 30 czerwca 2022 roku. Grupę docelową stanowią uczniowie ZSP w Drogomyślu, dla której organem prowadzącym jest Gmina Strumień, nauczyciele, jak również szkoła, która zostanie objęta wsparciem w postaci wyposażenia pracowni przedmiotowych. W projekcie przewidziano realizację dodatkowych zajęć dydaktyczno-wyrównawczych i rozwijających oraz podniesienie kwalifikacji kadry pedagogicznej.
