Projekt dotyczy podwyższenia jakości i atrakcyjności usług edukacyjnych poprzez realizację programów i zajęć rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe i przygotowujących w przyszłości do aktywnego i efektywnego uczestnictwa na rynku pracy. Grupę Docelową stanowi 200 uczniów: 119 kobiet i 81 mężczyzn; 20 nauczycieli: 15K i 5 M ze Szkoły Podstawowej w Rajczy. Zadania: Kształtowanie kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych uczniów niezbędnych na rynku pracy, tworzenie w szkołach warunków do nauczania eksperymentalnego, indywidualizacja pracy z uczniem ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi, doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli. Wskaźniki kluczowe: Liczba uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu, liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu.
