Projekt jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowaną trudną sytuację rodzin zamieszkujących teren Gminy Lipie. Grupę docelową stanowią osoby wykluczone lub zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym oraz ich otoczenie: 60 osób (35K, 25K), w tym: - 15 osób w wieku: 6-18 lat (8K, 7M) w ramach placówki wsparcia dziennego (świetlicy), - 45 osób (27K, 18M) z tzw. "trudnych rodzin" w ramach indywidualnego wsparcia rodziny. CEL: Wzrost dostępności i jakości usług społecznych zapobiegających ubóstwu i wykluczeniu społecznemu. Zakres zadań: Utworzenie świetlicy, zakup i montaż wyposażenia, zakup pomocy dydaktycznych, opieka wychowawcy, realizacja zajęć, w tym w zakresie kluczowych kompetencji, organizacja wycieczek edukacyjnych, asystentura rodziny, wsparcie psychologiczne, warsztaty umiejętności wychowawczych.
