Celem projektu jest wzrost kwalifikacji zawodowych u 35% UP i zatrudnienie 25% UP spośród 80 os w tym 70 K i 10M korzystających z PO PŻ Banku Żywności w Częstochowie, w ramach kompleksowego programu integracji społeczno-zawodowej: Akademia Aktywności Zawodowej i Zdrowotnej w terminie 01.2020-12.2021 – w zakresie 4 zadań: 1. Akademia Zmian Wizerunku, 2. Akademia Zmian Osobowościowych, 3. Akademia Zmian Zadowych, 4. Akademia Zmian Zdrowotnych. W celu realizacji projektu zawiązano partnerstwo (ngo - biznes) i przewidziano działania: nabywanie kwalifikacji zawodowych, nabywanie kompetencji kluczowych z wykorzystaniem psychodietetyki, warsztatów kulinarnych, warsztatów kreowania wizerunku, kursy informatyczne, pośrednictwo pracy, identyfikacja potrzeb, IŚR, indywidualne poradnictwo psychologiczne, zawodowe, biznesowe, wypracowanie nowego wyglądu adekwatnego do poszukiwania pracy.
