Projekt „Aktywni i nie miej wartościowi na rynku pracy” jest skierowany do 30 osób (14K i16M), od 18-60/65 roku życia, niepełnosprawnych intelektualnie, z Lublińca (woj.śl) , w tym 20 osób o niepełnosprawności sprzężonej, 10 osób o niesprzężonej niepełnosprawności, biernych zawodowo, o niskich i/lub zdezaktualizowanych kwalifikacjach. Cel: zwiększenie aktywności społecznej i zawodowej oraz wzmocnienie potencjału uczestników projektu poprzez udzielenie wsparcia w ramach Kompleksowej Ścieżki Aktywizacji w postaci zindywidualizowanych wielowymiarowych działań aktywizujących społecznie, zdrowotnie i zawodowo. Zakłada Realizację Kompleksowej Ścieżki Aktywizacji, w tym coachingu motywacyjnego, warsztatów umiejętności społecznych, z zakresu doradztwa zawodowego, zajęć rehabilitacji społecznej i zdrowotnej, wsparcia indywidualnego: doradztwo zawodowe i psychoterapeutyczne; pośrednictwa pracy, kursów i szkoleń zawodowych, staży, wolontariatu, treningu pracy.
