Wsparciem zostanie objętych 41 osób - pracowników Urzędu Miejskiego w Szczyrku, zatrudnionych na umowę o pracę, w tym 29 kobiet. Cel główny: Zminimalizowanie zdrowotnych czynników ryzyka w Urzędzie Miejskim w Szczyrku, poprzez realizację działań szkoleniowych oraz ponadstandardową modernizację stanowisk pracy 41 pracowników Urzędu. Termin realizacji: 01.09.2020 - 30.06.2021 Miejsce: Urząd Miejski w Szczyrku. Zadania: W ramach projektu przewidziano modernizację i poprawę ergonomiczności stanowisk pracy, na których stwierdzono występowanie czynników ryzyka zdrowotnego (Zadanie 1) oraz przeprowadzenie szkoleń dla pracowników (Zadanie 2). Wsparcie zostanie skierowane do pracowników Urzędu Miejskiego w Szczyrku, zatrudnionych na stanowiskach kierowniczych i urzędniczych oraz pomocniczych, dla których poprawi się możliwość kontynuacji zatrudnienia.
