Przedmiotem projektu jest poprawa warunków pracy pracowników zatrudnionych na co najmniej 0,5 etatu w Urzędzie Gminy w Mierzęcicach Na podstawie dokonanej analizy czynników ryzyka zdiagnozowano zdrowotne czynniki ryzyka w miejscu pracy i poprzez działania w projekcie założono poprawę ergonomii warunków pracy dla 31 osób (25K i 6M)- pracowników Urzędu Gminy, Działania podejmowane w projekcie uwzględniać będą: modernizację stanowisk pracy oraz eliminację ryzyk w miejscu pracy obniżających efektywność i wpływających na stan zdrowia połączonych z bezpośrednim wsparciem pracowników w postaci szkoleń. The aim of the project is to improve the working conditions of employees employed for at least 0.5 jobs in the Municipality Office in Mierzęcice. Based on the analysis of risk factors carried out, health risk factors in the workplace were diagnosed and, through the project’s actions, it was envisaged to improve the ergonomics of working conditions for 31 persons (25K and 6M) – staff of the Municipality Office. The actions taken in the project will take into account: modernisation of workplaces and elimination of risks in the workplace which reduce efficiency and affect health, combined with direct support of employees in the form of training.
