On the other hand, the aim of the training activities is to ensure that workers and employers are more aware of health risk factors in the workplace and to raise awareness of the need for preventive action. Training will show employees the need for appropriate behaviour and self-reliance in order to eliminate identified risk factors, cope with stress and enable them to acquire the skills to work with the client. Projekt zakłada wdrożenie programu ukierunkowanego na poprawę warunków pracy i eliminację zdrowotnych czynników ryzyka z uwzględnieniem działań szkoleniowych poprzez doposażenie stanowisk pracy w Urzędzie Miejskim w Bieruniu. W ramach projektu zostaną zakupione ergonomiczne podnóżki, podkładki pod nadgarstek, podkładki pod mysz i przed klawiaturę, podstawy pod laptop, podstawy pod monitor, lampki biurowe, biurka z regulacją wysokości oraz krzesła biurowe, które pozwolą na zwiększenie komfortu pracy pracowników oraz ergonomię stanowisk pracy w biurach. Natomiast celem działań szkoleniowych jest zapewnienie wzrostu wiedzy pracowników i pracodawcy na temat zdrowotnych czynników ryzyka w miejscu pracy i uświadomienie konieczności działań prewencyjnych. Szkolenia wskażą pracownikom konieczność odpowiednich zachowań i możliwości samodzielnych działań celem eliminacji zidentyfikowanych czynników ryzyka, radzenia sobie ze stresem oraz umożliwią nabycie umiejętności pracy z klientem.
