Do projektu założono grupę 52 osób: 42 osoby ze stanowisk urzędniczych, w tym kierowniczych oraz 10 osób ze stanowisk pomocniczych, wykonujących przede wszystkim pracę fizyczną. Wszyscy pracownicy są zatrudnieni na umowę o pracę, w wymiarze co najmniej pół etatu. Główny cel: Zminimalizowanie zdrowotnych czynników ryzyka w Urzędzie Gminy Goleszów, poprzez realizację działań szkoleniowych oraz ponadstandardową modernizację stanowisk pracy 52 osób pracujących na stanowiskach administracyjno - biurowych, w tym kierowników oraz na stanowiskach obsługi, w tym 35 kobiet. Termin realizacji: 01.09.2020 - 30.06.2021 Miejsce: Urząd Gminy Goleszów. Zadania: W ramach projektu przewidziano modernizację i poprawę ergonomiczności stanowisk pracy, na których stwierdzono występowanie czynników ryzyka zdrowotnego (Zadanie 1) oraz przeprowadzenie szkoleń dla Pracowników (Zadanie 2).
