Cel gł. proj.: pozostanie w zatrudnieniu 31os. (24K,7M) - w wieku aktywności zawodowej: zatrudnionych na umowę o pracę w wymiarze minimum 0,5 etatu w Urzędzie Gminy Lipie - poprzez ograniczenie występowania negatywnych czynników ryzyka w miejscu pracy powodujących problemy zdrowotne oraz wzrost wiedzy w tym zakresie. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez: - poszerzenie wiedzy na temat zdrowotnych czynników ryzyka oraz działania prewencyjne, które ograniczają zagrożenie w miejscu pracy – w formie działań eduk.-szkol.; - modernizację stanowisk pracy przyczyniających się do eliminowania zdrow. czynników ryzyka poprzez zakup ponadstand. wyposażenia. Zakres proj. wynika z: „Analizy występowania niekorzystnych czynników zdrowotnych w miejscu pracy”. Wsparcie przyczyni się do poprawy stanu zdrowia i pozostania w zatrud. pracowników, jak również wydłużeniu aktywności zaw. Proj. realiz. w Gm. Lipie w Subr. Półn. Woj. The objective will be achieved by: — improving knowledge of health risk factors and preventive actions that reduce risks in the workplace – in the form of education-training activities; — modernisation of workplaces contributing to the elimination of health risk factors through the purchase of equipment. The scope of the project arises from: “Analysis of the occurrence of adverse health factors in the workplace”. Support will contribute to improving the health and distress of workers, as well as prolonging the activity of the insects. Project implemented in Lipa Gm. Subr. Half of it. The warlord.
