Replacement of central heating installations and construction of a new boiler room in a thermomodernised building. 2. Replacement of windows for WT 2021. 3. Warming of the outer walls. 4. Warming of the edifice. 5. Replacement of installations (capacitive electric hot water heaters) together with heat insulation and connecting it to a new boiler room. In addition, 37.24 kWp photovoltaic cells will be installed on the roof of the public building using 133 280 Wp polycrystalline panels. The installation will be done in the on-grid option without batteries. The cost of the investment also includes the costs of preparing the project, i.e. the development of an energy audit and PFU, tender documentation, the costs of the investor supervision inspector and the costs of promoting the project. Projekt polega na kompleksowej termomodernizacji budynku użyteczności publicznej, zlokalizowanego przy ul. Pułaskiego 70 w Myszkowie. Na roboty termomodernizacyjne składają się: 1. Wymiana instalacji c.o. oraz wykonanie nowej kotłowni w termomodernizowanym budynku. 2. Wymiana okien na spełniające normę WT 2021. 3. Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych. 4. Docieplenie stropodachu. 5. Wykonanie wymiany instalacji (pojemnościowych elektrycznych podgrzewaczy c.w.u.) wraz z izolacją cieplną oraz przyłączenie jej do nowej kotłowni. Ponadto w ramach projektu na dachu budynku użyteczności publicznej zostaną zainstalowane ogniwa fotowoltaiczne o mocy 37,24 kWp z wykorzystaniem 133 paneli polikrystalicznych o mocy 280 Wp każdy. Instalacja będzie wykonana w opcji on-grid bez akumulatorów. Kosztorys inwestycji zawiera również koszty przygotowania projektu tj. opracowanie audytu energetycznego i PFU, dokumentacji przetargowej, koszty inspektora nadzoru inwestorskiego i koszty promocji projektu.
