Wnioskodawca planuje wdrożenie nowych usług z zakresu SPA/Wellness oraz organizacji różnych imprez okolicznościowych. Ze względu na fakt, iż jednym z fundamentalnych czynników konkurencyjności współczesnych przedsiębiorstw usługowych (w tym także hoteli i innych obiektów noclegowych) są innowacje - Wnioskodawca planuje wdrożyć innowację produktową i procesową oraz innowacje organizacyjne i marketingowe. Główne przyczyny wdrażania innowacji to potrzeba rynku oraz duża rola innowacji w możliwości skutecznego konkurowania z innymi podmiotami. (Polish)
