Projekt inwestycyjny zostanie zrealizowany dzięki realizacji trzech głównych działań: -prace remontowo-budowlane (związane ze zmianą aranżacji głównego holu kompleksu, w tym recepcji, baru, sali restauracyjnej i zaplecza socjalnego dla pracowników, remont tarasu restauracyjnego, przystosowanie wejścia do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych) w ramach przedmiotowych prac zostanie przebudowana instalacja CO oraz wentylacji na energooszczędną; -zakup wyposażenia dla wyremontowanych i nowo zaaranżowanych przestrzeni (holu, recepcji, sali restauracyjnej, zaplecza socjalnego dla pracowników; -zakup WNiP (innowacyjnego oprogramowania do kompleksowej obsługi rozliczeń gastronomii działającej „w chmurze”). Inwestycja w sposób kompleksowy rozwiąże wszystkie bariery i potrzeby zidentyfikowane przez wnioskodawcę umożliwiając zwiększenie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa oraz utrzymania i zwiększenia miejsc pracy, mimo ekonomicznych skutków kryzysu zdrowia publicznego.
