Implementation will be facilitated by the purchase of one technologically advanced fixed asset in the form of a laser cutting machine in fibre optic technology. Its purchase will also enable the implementation of process and organisational innovation (the scale of both innovations: applied globally over a period of up to 3 years). The project will also result in a positive impact on OSH conditions in the enterprise and an increase in employment by 1 person (1 full-time). The comprehensive implementation of the project will affect both the maintenance and growth of the competitive advantage of the company and the further creation of a positive brand in the metal construction market and the production of rolling stock. W wyniku realizacji projektu spółka wdroży nowy proces technologiczny produkcji typoszeregu uniwersalnych płyt kotwiących do przyrządów spawalniczych. Produkt dedykowany jest głównie dla producentów szynowych pojazdów transportowych (przede wszystkim z branży kolejowej). Wdrożenie zostanie umożliwione poprzez zakup jednego, zaawansowanego technologicznie środka trwałego w postaci wycinarki laserowej w technologii światłowodowej. Jej zakup umożliwi ponadto wdrożenie innowacji procesowej oraz organizacyjnej (skala obu innowacji: stosowane w skali świata w okresie do 3 lat). Wynikiem projektu będzie także pozytywny wpływ na warunki BHP w przedsiębiorstwie oraz wzrost zatrudnienia o 1 osobę (1 pełny etat). Kompleksowa realizacja projektu wpłynie zarówno na utrzymanie jak i wzrost przewagi konkurencyjnej spółki oraz dalsze kreowanie pozytywnej marki na rynku konstrukcji metalowych i produkcji taboru szynowego.
